Following a family bereavement we had to sell a property. There were some difficult issues relating to neighbours. The Your Move Team could not have been more helpful and persevered through some challenging situations. We opted to use the online auction service and this worked very well. The in-house team including Medway Law were excellent and kept us supported and informed the whole time. We have greatly appreciated all the help they provided and are happy to recommend them to others.

They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and you can get on with everything else knowing your interests are in good hands. Gail and the team are always on hand to offer advice and guidance as necessary. Admittedly, not the cheapest out there but you definitely get what you pay for. Rented out my house, never done it before - Gail did a fantastic job and her team are brilliant!!! So, my wife and I needed to move away for work and we were a bit worried about keeping the mortgage going by ourselves so we contacted Yourmove. Gail came to our house to scope out the options and give us all the details. She left us to think it over and after a week we knew what we were going to do: Fully Managed, unfurnished and rent insurance all giving us peace of mind. The team took us through the landlord responsibilities and gave us some options for local contractors, but also allowed us to go find our own. I’ve engaged a national company, but left feeling like I have a personal service by local experts who understand my concerns, priorities and preferences. It’s a tough decision to let your home go to be rented, so it’s important to have someone hold your hand and have that peace of mind, they have your best interest at heart. I get the impression they look after tenants too and this is also very important. I’ve left a home in good hands, with a brand new gas boiler and heating system to keep the tenants safe and warm this coming winter. I’m very sure I’ll be coming back to this property in a couple years and Gail and her team are the ones to help me. If you’re first time renters I hope you found this helpful. I spoke with various estate agents and chose Your Move because they sounded very professional. I talked with Sarah-and made an appointment for her to visit my property to give me a valuation. She arrived on time and conducted the meeting with us very professionally and gave us the feeling she would sell the house and spoke with confidence. Sarah arranged for a photographer to take pictures and make a video . I called into the office and met Sarah (the boss)who went through the photos and video and we were very pleased with the quality of them. I then went on holiday shortly after and near the end of my holiday I was informed that I had 2 people wanted to view the property. This happened and from then on I spoke with all members of staff including Jess, Gail and little Chloe how things were progressing and they were all friendly and knowledgeable about my sale. I was very very pleased with the whole process of selling my property through Your Move.
