This was my first time selling a property so I was very grateful for the help and guidance. I spoke with Chloe and Gail on the phone when viewings were arranged and they were always so lovely and helpful. Sarah Nixon was my main contact throughout the sale and she could not have done more for me. She was prompt and in touch often, and her experience and knowledge in the market was brilliant. Sarah Nixon, Sarah Smith, Chloe and Gail have all been so efficient, so friendly and supportive in assisting us in the sale of our late parents home. They have answered all our emails promptly, returned all our calls promptly and have kept us well informed right through how things were progressing. They arranged and carried out all the viewings for us and this was a godsend and following on gave us helpful feedback. I believe Chloe arranged and carried out the viewings so thank you to Chloe for that aspect! We mainly dealt with Sarah Nixon who was really friendly, quick at replying and professional.
