I’ve had a wonderful experience with the agents here, everyone I met has been incredibly helpful and kind. Gail, in particular, was amazing, guiding me through the entire renting process with patience and expertise, especially as someone new to UK housing policies. Though it’s not directly related to the agency, I also want to highlight how welcoming and friendly my landlord and neighbours have been, making me feel right at home in this community. The only small area for improvement would be the maintenance/repair service. Generally, they’re able to schedule and complete repairs within 1-3 weeks, but there was one instance of a leak that took four months to fully resolve.

I would highly recommend your move to anyone. I would like to say how pleasant Louise was and how nice it was that she kept myself and my brother upto date with everything that was happening from the smallest details upto signing our tenancy agreement. It was also nice to be able to get in contact with her when ever we needed to and even if she was out of the office we had a same day call back without fail. Sarah (the Branch Manager) was wonderful throughout our experience of purchasing a home, they weren't even our estate agent, they were our sellers and I found her so helpful and informative (possibly the only person I felt positively about in the whole process). We did have a slight mishap early on with our ID checks where we had taken these into branch and had them scanned however got a call later on to provide info again because they had lost them? Doesn't sound great but no problems after that. Gail even went out of her way to run out the shop to hand us the keys to save us finding parking after we had had such a hold up with solicitors. Really helpful.

Although my family had the stress of having to sell my deceased mother's house whilst awaiting probate confirmation the excellent service from Your Move was first class. Pro-active communication & updates from the staff (2 Sarah's, Chloe & Gail) kept us well informed of all viewings & offers received up to the final point of accepting the required valuation. From first advertised to completion only took 4 months which was far less than we expected. A pleasure to work with such professional staff & I'd highly recommend them.
