To say I am happy with what the team at Your Move Rowlands Gill have done during the sale of our property and during the purchase of our new home is an understatement. I am absolutely over the moon. Abi, Alex, Claire and Bridie have all been amazing. I was so happy with everything they have done for us Abi even had me crying (happy tears)! If I had to go through this process again I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Lovely team x

Not a lot I can say about this apart from not very good considering we are the sellers the girl in the office is all for the buyer,this dragging on for 5 month . You valued the house and now seem to be accepting anything the buyer asks for .

As a first time buyer in my 20's, I found Louise Monaghan to be extremely rude and condescending. Out of all the estate agents in the newcastle area that I engaged with, I'd never come across someone like this. She came across as very arrogant, patronising and showed huge scepticism towards my ability to pay for a property in my price range. I felt like I wasn't worth their time and ultimately dehuminised. Long story short, I decided to never go back to that estate agents and instead bought a property with at different estate agent a week later. I guess they wanted my money more than you.

Absolutely shocking estate agents! Worst experience ive ever had from start to finish. They gave me and my young family a filthy house to rent, riddled with damp and dirty top to bottom. They fobbed me off for 6 months by getting contractors to come and price jobs that they had no intention of carrying out. The customer service agents are Absolutely useless and cannot or will not help you with ANYTHING! On top of all this when i gave my notice in they let themselves into my house, unannounced to carry out a viewing! I am mortified that they can just walk into your house, without prior appointment and just carry out a unplanned viewing. My kids were terrified at these strange people just walking into our home. I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself a headache.

We were surprised to receive your review as we have an email from you on the 13/05/2022 stating that you "...have no problem with (Your) move or any of its employees and understand that they are middlemen who communicate between tenants and landlord. I would have no problem in using the services of (Your) move in the future...". It is sad that in such a short space of time your opinion has changed. We are sorry for the misunderstanding in relation to the viewing, our understanding was that the viewing that took place was arranged with yourself and that our member of staff showed the viewer around with your partner's consent. I recently bought a house through Yourmove West Denton. They were incredibly rude to me through the entire process. They used "courtesy calls" to try to get information from me that they should have gone to my solicitor for, there was nothing courtesy about it. When I went to pick up the keys, they first completely ignored me and continued their NON-professional office conversion and then they replied to my "good morning, how are you all" with an abrupt "Who are you? Why are you here?"

I have never felt the need to write a google review and I am not a confrontational person. However, I would advise anyone looking to deal with an estate agent to look elsewhere, there are plenty in the area which HAVE to be better than Your Move West Denton. The attitude of staff is absolutely appalling and I am not at all surprised to find other similar reviews. Not only over the phone, but in branch where I have seen eye rolling etc. The most unprofessional business I have ever come across, management really need to address their staff regarding the treatment of clients. Dont make the mistake I did. 1 star is a compliment. AVOID.

After using your move West Denton many time for to sell & also purchase property's I find Abgail,Ashley,Louise & Shannon all to be friendly efficient & very knowledgeable of properties & the areas they are in. Also Tim is polite & knowledgeable of prices in the area & the photos of the property he takes really look the part when you see them on right move. Will always reccomend to friends & family
