Every single staff member is polite and helpful from start to finish. My house was sold within two weeks but completion took quite a while (through no fault of your move) - Joanne in particular kept me updated and was always happy to help - many thanks!

First class service from the Your Move team at Whitley Bay. I’m a landlord to a property and this team is truly professional, efficient and friendly. Big thanks to Helen Stokes and Rachel Short for finding lovely tenants and keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this team. 😁 …

Kay, Rachel and the whole Whitley Bay branch were ace! We recently successfully applied to rent a property in Whitley Bay through this branch and from the beginning they were incredibly helpful, professional and fair in every aspect of the process. The particular property we looked at was attracting a lot of attention so viewing was back-to-back. Despite this, Rachel took the time to show us around and answer questions. We expressed interest and Rachel was fair in making no promises and explaining she would let us know if we were successful. Once our offer was accepted, Kay was on hand to guide us through the paperwork, in person. The whole branch were very personable and the process was a laugh. Rachel kept in touch with us for updates on the referencing process and before long we were ready to go. The final step in branch was super easy and Graham from Embrace Financial Services walked us through some financial advice before Rachel handed us our keys. Could not recommend these guys enough, they really went above and beyond compared to the other estate agents in the area.

Great experience using Your Move, Whitley Bay. All the staff I spoke with during the buying process were so helpful and amazing. They made a stressful process seem so easy and relaxed overall. They also recommended a great solicitors that saved me money compared to other I was looking at. This was our first buy-to-let property and can't be more happier than their service. 10/10 experience. Special mention to Kay Khan for helping throughout the process and making sure everything in place to complete in time. From, Pavan Aleti Aleti Investments Ltd

I used Your Move in Whitley Bay to sell my property recently. They were excellent, especially Julie! They kept me updated with information about potential buyers on a regular basis. They were proactive in dealing with potential issues and when the process seemed to stall near the end, Julie went above and beyond of what would be expected to see the sale finally through. I found all staff professional and pleasant to deal with and I would certainly recommend the office with no hesitation.
