GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Start to finish with YourMove I am a landlord who had a property to rent out. I had previously used another local agent who gave me the run around, making numerous false promises. YourMove were the complete opposite and I cannot thank them enough. From start to finish nothing was too much for them; 1. They were honest and transparent from day one 2. Kept me posted at all times with how things were progressing 3. Found me 6 genuinely interested tenants within 7 days which I thought was great 4. Were understanding of my criteria for the type of tenant I wanted. The two people I mainly dealt with was Rachel and Leanna. Both of them were absolutely spot on. Nothing was too much for them. They were both like an encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to lettings. Yes there might be cheaper agents around, however I have learnt cheapest isn't always the best. Going forward there is only one agent I will use and that's YourMove

GoogleMy wife and I were delighted with the service at Your Move Houghton le spring. The staff members David, Rachael, Rachel, Leighanne and June were always helpful and genuine. What I appreciated most about our experience was the fact that David deterred us from selling our BTL investment in 2021 and recommended we hold and rent for another 12 months when I first got in touch with them. This is gave us another 12 months rent and gave me more confidence that this estate agent was working out of integrity instead of greed. Thanks so much everyone. It was an absolute pleasure.

Rachael M and Leighanne have both been so great supporting myself and my mum and dad through the past few weeks while waiting on documentation that was out of our control ….. we have had contact almost daily and can’t wait to finally finish the rest of the sale now with the lovey team…. again thank you this will be fantastic for mum and dad for the last bit of what life they Have and to the fantastic seller who has given them both a smile on their faces x

GoogleA big thank you to all at your move Houghton branch (David, Rachel, Rachael, Hannah & Leighanne) for being so friendly and supportive during selling our home. We’ve had previous experiences trying to sell with other agents but this time has been so much smoother. I have had so many questions throughout the process and have always had a timely response via email and been greeted very warmly via telephone. Majority of viewings being completed by the team meaning less stress for ourselves and the feedback was always delivered quickly. We’ve been kept up to date throughout and would definitely recommend to others wanting to sell in the area!
