GoogleI bought a terrace house through Your Move at Crawcrook with Sophie as my agent. She was amazing throughout. Such a pleasant young lady and highly competent. She kept me informed and helped at several points to ensure my purchase went through smoothly and within the tight timeframe I needed for an international move. I highly recommend Sophie, and my experience with Your Move, Crawcrook was excellent.

GoogleKeep well away, £1900 for a few phone calls, communication poor, misleading information, and a very stressful experience.

Iona, Denise, Gillian and Hazel worked so tirelessly on making sure the purchase went ahead. Everyone gave 100% from the moment I put the offer in until the moment I picked up the keys, (there were a few dodgy moments along the way lol) every problem I hit with my buyer (which was nothing to do with them) they helped me sort it with out hesitation. GoogleSimply brilliant. Everyone in the office was incredible in finding a Tennant and helping me through the process of becoming a landlord. A special mention for Denise who kept me informed every step of the way and was constantly booking in viewings but also mindful of when I wouldn't be available due to work. The process was simple and well priced- especially for such a high level of service. I wouldn't be going anywhere else for selling/buying/renting property in the future. Notwithstanding a couple of road bumps that we encountered outside of Your Move’s control, we remained steadfast and progressed the sale to a relatively quick completion. All-in-all, a great experience and a pleasure to be the client of a team that actually cares, and which takes time to understand the specific circumstances of both sellers and buyers.
