GoogleWe recently purchased a property through this estate agents. Things unfortunately did not go smoothly (no reflection on the estate agent) and in all it took 6 months from the offer being accepted until completion. Throughout the process all the team we spoke to in the office were helpful, polite and understanding even when we were totally frustrated. We can't thank Sharon MacFeggan enough, when things got difficult and we were ready to pull out she was at the end of the phone. Sharon kept the whole thing on track liaising regularly with solicitors and updating us every week without fail. As we said to her when we finally collected our keys, she really went above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate in using this estate agents in the future and we have definitely recommended them to family and friends.

GoogleExcellent service from all involved in the sale of our property at CLS Yourmove. Sharon and Julia were brilliant in arranging viewings and following up with prospective buyers, their communication was always prompt and frequent and they gave us great advice every step of the way. When we had a bad experience with a buyer who let us down, they were right there, sorting things out and getting the ball rolling again and we had new viewings and a new buyer sorted in no time. Emily was fairly new to the business and got involved when needed and was very helpful. John carried on the good work, keeping us updated once a sale had been agreed, liaising with solicitors and buyer etc. All in all they worked really well as a team, gave us good advice, a great service and were friendly and approachable throughout, nothing was too much trouble.

The sale completed within 8 weeks of it being sale agreed which in this market is excellent timing. GoogleI have been using Your Move for a relatively short time. The team helped me purchase a property from abroad and then successfully rented it for me within just a short time. The lettings team then made sure necessary work and rental requirements were completed on the property, in a timely manner. Jasmine was particularly helpful, especially answering my questions and checking out further properties on my behalf. I would recommend this agent to you.

GoogleYour Move Estate Agents were an absolute delight to work with when I bought my first house. I had a lot of questions and confusion when I got my surveyors report done, and the staff went through the entire report with me and explained every detail so I understood and felt at ease. They answered any questions I had during the process as a first time buyer (which was quite daunting) and all of the staff were a delight, very friendly and so so helpful; in particular Samantha Martin. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank You.
