GoogleI moved to Your Move estate agents ( Durham ) after using another agent for several months without any success. I found them diligent , courteous and above all professional. I felt they were personally invested in selling my house and throughout the process were following up without having to be chased which was refreshing. Nicky and Annaleigh were excellent and info moved freely and seamlessly between them. I would also like to mention Ian who was realistic and professional at the outset when establishing my relationship with Your Move. My house is now sold and I believe both seller and buyer were fairly treated and represented throughout .

GooglePushy staff bombarded my solicitor with so many emails demanding progress updates, that I am at risk of being charged a nuisance fee.
Now the sale is complete, I have the keys. One set. One of which is bent. The seller has left a load of rubbish in the house. Your move won't return my emails asking for it to be removed per the seller's contract.
Edit: down graded to one star after they sent my a bogus phone number for a contractor they claimed had been paid by the seller to remove the junk. Turned out they just wanted *me* to pay.

We appreciate any feedback from our customers whether that be good or bad as both are integral to ensuring we are operating in a manner which meets the high standards we set for ourselves and that we strive to provide to our customers. We do aim to get sales over the line within a timely manner this does mean regular updates to and from solicitors so we can report back to our clients with progress reports, when your survey was delayed for more than 6 weeks from May until the end of June our client was more than accommodating due to your circumstances, he did not pressure you or instruct us to re-market the property. With regards to the keys, we can only deliver keys that we have been given by our client and we would always recommend a lock change especially as you purchased a rental property. We were unaware of the items left in the property they must have been the previous tenants and an oversite, to which I apologise for, however following your email several attempts were made via email and telephone calls to have the items removed, our client can assure you the clearance company was not a bogus company, and he had paid them to carry out the removal. We are happy and satisfied that this has now been sorted out for you and hope that you are happy with your new home. Assuring you of our best attentions Susan Usher Branch Manager

GoogleIf you have a property you wish to rent in Whitley Bay, look no further than Your Move. I my experience I have had to push agents to do their thing, but not so here. Helen Stokes, was the only agent i have experienced who shows dogged determination, enthusiasm and energy in renting your property. I never needed to chase, she sorted everything and made things easy and simple. She rented my flat at it's market value and secured me a great tenant.
