Terrible agent. I recently signed a contract for them to let out one of my properties. They decided they wanted to charge more when they returned to the office. I am really disappointed in the service and found a much cheaper deal with another local agent. Very unprofessional management and it would appear bullying tactics on their staff (in future perhaps press mute on your phone.) I deal with other branches of YourMove who have in fairness been great! Unfortunately this branch doesn’t appear to be the same.

We have been very impressed by the service we have received from all the staff at Your Move, Rowlands Gill branch. This is our second contact with them as we also bought the property we are now selling through them a few years ago too. Abi, Alex, Ang and Claire have all been amazing and facilitated viewings regularly which have resulted in an offer being accepted within a couple of weeks of the property going up for sale. They are all so helpful and friendly and have made the process feel relatively trouble free for us as we felt confident they were doing the best for us to secure a sale. They kept us regularly updated via phone and emails as to the offers we received and were always helpful and available to answer any queries we had.

I moved to Your Move estate agents ( Durham ) after using another agent for several months without any success. I found them diligent , courteous and above all professional. I felt they were personally invested in selling my house and throughout the process were following up without having to be chased which was refreshing. Nicky and Annaleigh were excellent and info moved freely and seamlessly between them. I would also like to mention Ian who was realistic and professional at the outset when establishing my relationship with Your Move. My house is now sold and I believe both seller and buyer were fairly treated and represented throughout .

I can only commend Your Move in Chester-le-Street. Compared to all the other estate agents I have dealt with in Durham and Chester-le-Street they are certainly the very best in the area. In my case they had to sell a lovely end of terrace house (That I will miss) at short notice because the tenants had left. What is more, I actually live in Dunedin, Otago, which is in New Zealand, having left the UK 4 years ago. Over a distance of 21,000kms the team did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop and appraised of the situation. They were professional yet friendly and a treat to deal with whilst getting the job done. If you are thinking of buying and selling in the Chester-le-Street and North Durham area, use Your Move; they are truly the best option.
