GoogleAs a buyer of a property on the market with Your Move Sunderland I can not express enough my gratitude to Sam, Sarah and rest of the team. During a short but difficult chain, Sam and Sarah kept me informed, were diplomats between all parties and ultimately when I had a move of over 400 miles even offered to facilitate an out of hours arrival. Thank you very much & I still intend to pop in in person to say thank you when I am in the town centre.

Pro-active communication & updates from the staff (2 Sarah's, Chloe & Gail) kept us well informed of all viewings & offers received up to the final point of accepting the required valuation. From first advertised to completion only took 4 months which was far less than we expected. A pleasure to work with such professional staff & I'd highly recommend them.

Sarah Nixon, Sarah Smith, Chloe and Gail have all been so efficient, so friendly and supportive in assisting us in the sale of our late parents home. They have answered all our emails promptly, returned all our calls promptly and have kept us well informed right through how things were progressing.
