Sarah was particularly helpful and always very quick to respond, which I really appreciated when trying to get everything organised during the purchase. Jess and Sarah were also always friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them on the phone.
Estate agents often have a bad reputation, and Iβve personally had some very poor experiences with estate agents in the past. However, I genuinely didnβt have a single negative experience with Sarah and the team during my purchase.
They were friendly, helpful, responsive and made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
