Excellent service and very helpful. I called this office a dozen times while I was in process of buying a property. If I was unsure of things they helped me and gave great advice . No question was to small or to big . Sarah and Jessica and harry were my main points of contact . Very professional and easy to talk to . A pleasure to have done business with this office . Your Move Wallsend handled the recent sale of my daughter’s flat. The property was advertised and “ Sold” by Your Move literally within days! But that is only half the story. The buyers solicitors were “ Shocking !” , as a result the conveyance process took “ Months and Months”. We had paid up front for the transaction, hence “Your Move” could have sat back and done nothing. However this could not be further from what actually took place. Sarah, the branch manager and all the staff, Harry, Jessica, Chloe and Jess R worked tirelessly with both the future owner and ourselves to push the transaction through. They contacted the buyers solicitors on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and attempting to push the process. This was followed up by regular updates to us and the buyer. Even further to this, one of the company partners “ Darren” was brought into the equation and he proactively engaged with the buyers solicitor on our behalf. I accept this is a very wordy review, but I feel it is a valuable description for prospective users of “ Your Move” to let them know, even paying up front, the service you will get is second to none! Most people do not go through the process of buying and selling houses on a regular basis, so it is important to be very careful who you use in this process! Thank you Sarah and everyone else at “ Your Move” we really appreciate everything you did for us.

​ Total Unprofessionalism and Substandard Quality ​Save yourself the time and money, do not engage with Your Move Chris Stonock (West Denton branch). ​The level of service here is shockingly poor. After providing exact, detailed instructions on four separate occasions, the work sent through email was utterly substandard and reflected a complete lack of basic professional competence. Requests for a simple quality review were ignored every single time. ​The branch environment itself is completely chaotic, disciplined-free, and unprofessional. Staff appear indifferent to client requirements and seem far more interested in personal group chats and distractions than delivering acceptable work. ​If you are looking for an agency that follows basic client instructions, maintains professional standards, or respects your time, look elsewhere. This branch is unfit for purpose and I strongly advise potential customers to take their business to a reputable firm.

We have just bought a house with Your Move as first time buyers. The team kept us in the loop of anything happening and made sure we knew of any updates first before we even heard from our solicitor! Really pleased with the service from everyone at Your Move Consett. Moving house is stressful enough, but they made the whole process a lot easier for us. Izzy, Sam C, Sam H, Kirsty, Carol and Penny were all so helpful and friendly. We dealt with different people at different points but everyone knew what was going on and kept us updated, which made a big difference. Really happy with the service I received from this team! They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They were always willing to arrange property viewings at the earliest possible time, which made things much easier. Without their helpful almost daily phone calls, e.mails with easy explanations of complicated jargon, i would not have been able to complete on my sale & moving on without them, especially Sarah, Jess and Harry you have laughed me along the way 😆 i am truly thankful !
