I cannot recommend this team enough! Sam, both Sarahs (yes, two of them, double the brilliance), Amy, and Maddison were absolute lifesavers during my move. From the very start, they were attentive, patient, and somehow managed to keep me sane through the chaos. I’m convinced they all deserve medals… or at least a long holiday after dealing with me! They went above and beyond, answering every question (even the silly ones), calming my nerves, and making sure everything went as smoothly possible. If I ever have to move again I’d use them in a heartbeat. But as I joked after the completion, I suspect they’d all quit if they heard I was selling again! Thanks so much to the whole team for their amazing customer service, endless patience, and for making what was a very stressful time feel manageable. You guys are brilliant!

Really comprehensive and efficient service. We discussed loads of things I didn’t know about marketing our home, I felt really well informed and able to make sensible choices. Within an hour of the property being launched the first viewing was booked and we received an asking price offer within five days of the property being launched by YM. They also gave us loads of useful signposting to other services we required for the transaction. And they are incredibly warm and friendly to interact with.
