Ours was a particularly complex transaction, involving five families in the chain, yet the team handled everything with professionalism, friendliness, and patience. What set this estate agent apart was their genuine, open communication and supportive approach. Unlike some others, they never applied unnecessary pressure and were always approachable and ready to assist with even the smallest queries. Throughout the process, Louise was especially outstanding, her support, responsiveness, and kindness made a real difference, and we’re truly grateful to her. The rest of the team, Shannon, Ashely and Terri were also consistently helpful and courteous. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again for any future property purchases in the area and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. We recently sold our property with your move west Denton & from start to finish the process was made simple and quick. Tim came out to our home and went over everything in great depth with us and was very knowledgeable, Ashley gave updates all throughout the process and when I called the office with any questions all of the staff were great help and friendly. Thanks to James, Maddy and John and with extra thanks to both Sharon and Julia for your ongoing determination to bring our sale to fruition. It is important to say that although we initially had reservations because Your Move are a nation wide company so felt that your interest to see the sale through might be limited. In actual fact, having since learned that you are a franchise, making you on parr with an independent estate agent, you can tell and it shows. From the very first point of contact they were brilliant, very supportive and patient. I believe throughout my sale I must have spoken to the whole team at one time or another and all were excellent and quick to provide me with any help I needed. At the beginning I mainly dealt with Julia who kept me informed and up to date with how things were progressing, then I moved over to Sharon who also provided me with all the support I needed to help me with my first ever sale thru to completion. At no point did I feel abandoned or left in limbo and i knew I was able to call to discuss any issues or queries I may have had. All in all i would have no quarms recommending this branch to anyone selling or purchasing a property they really do go above and beyond Thank you
