We have recently sold our old home and bought our new home with your move west Denton. What can I say, from start to finish the communication, helpfulness and knowledge of the girls in the office Ashley, Shannon, Terri and Louise have been nothing but superb! Tim was efficient and gave us valuable advise. Norman was very informative on the best mortgage deals available to us. Our property sold within 3 days and we were moved into our new home in an unbelievable 7 weeks! Outstanding service and would not hesitate to use again if needed but I think they have helped us find our forever home!

Joanne and the team have been nothing more than exceptional, they had bent over backwards to get the ball rolling for us as we were under immense pressure to move house due to unforeseen circumstances. Within 7 days of viewing the property and us deciding we wanted it, Joanne had all the paperwork and referencing ready to go and the house was ready to move in. We wouldn't ever go to another agent. I wouldn't hesitate to use Your Move at Chester-le-Street again. Their service was transparent, clear communication which ensured a smooth and professional experience throughout the sale process, especially as my property wasn't the normal bricks and mortar! The customer service from all staff, especially Julia, was exceptional with an optimistic approach which went above and beyond their call of duty.
