We sold our flat through your move with the help of Gillian, she was fab from start to finish. Kept us upto date with everything through the whole process and the flat was sold within weeks. Any questions we had Gillian was there to help and answer, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend her and your move.

Be aware that these guys do not honor what is stated on the YourMove Website as they only use the LOGO and name. For example, if you use them to manage or part manage your let, they will not include the services listed as part of the package on the website. Instead, they will charge you extortionate rates for individual services.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received. Never ever buy a property through this branch or your move. They've taken the side of the owner throughout the whole process. To say they were Unhelpful is an understatement. Was advised by your move from the beginning that everything inside the house is included in the price. Later seller asked additional money for the washing machine. Asked them to contact the owner and ask to remove rubbish from the property(which I believe is common sense) and cut grass before completion and was shouted at over the phone and asked to why the process is taking so long and that the owner is unhappy as they are still paying council tax. Was also advised that seller lives far away and can't help. Yet seller somehow managed to come over and recover washing machine from the property 3 days before completion. Never in my life anyone spoke to me over the phone in such tone and manner as the lady from your move and I wasn't even complaining only asking. In the end had to sort everything out myself. All your move was doing throughout the process was trying to push their own insurance policy with numerous nuisance calls. I understand that it is in the best interest of Your Move to sell the property asap but at the end of the day both buyer and seller are your clients. In addition to that the property had leaking roof which owner clearly attempted to conceal as can be seen from the pictures attached. It is more than likely that the agent was aware of that although they will probably deny.

Under the Estate Agency Act we have a legal obligation to represent our vendor and not the buyer of a property, so it is actually law that we take "the side of the owner throughout the process". As a buyer, you are a client to your solicitor and surveyor so the issue of the washing machine and rubbish should be raised with your solicitor and the roof with the surveyor who carried out the survey and has the responsibility of raising any potential issues with you. I can only apologise for the way that you were spoken to and we will endeavour to improve our service in light of your feedback.
