GoogleRecently sold my house through the Washington branch and I can only describe the sale from start to finish as amateur,bordering on incompetence. When the vendor has to request more photographs and additions to the initial write up on the property to enhance interest,,,, well,,, do I need to say any more? Now to "sales progression" what is that all about??? maybe it should be re-named " hassle the vendor to death" this particular guy(at the houghton branch) was constantly on the phone and his start line was "hi Mr ........ its regarding the property at >>>>>>>, ,,,, what other property would it regard???? This person always spoke with an air of arrogance and appeared so full of his own self importance,,,, I knew someone who sold there house not long before myself and had a very similar experience with this persistent fellow,,,,,,,, I can say without reserve I would never deal with this agent again

FacebookI really wished I had rented my house out through Your Move at the beginning instead of going through a different local agent...who were absolutely shocking as they let the tenant ruin my house.Anyway getting back to Your Move, I sold my house through this office. The girls were great in the office...friendly, personable and most of all keen to help. The sales team were excellent communicators, seeing as I live in Australia. They kept me in the loop at all times.And the conveyance/lawyers that Your Move suggested made the sale so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much for all your help and for the successful sale of my house! - Allison

YellCustomer service and working practices
TERRIBLE... They will over inflate your valuation price to sign you up. They dont check your Buyers have a mortgage agreement before they send them to view your premises. They dont ring out and update you, you ring them then they chase things up. They tell you what they think they want to hear and arent open and honest. They are quite happy to let you deal direct with your buyers side of things so they dont have to do any work to get paid...
