FacebookReally good, helpful and professional. Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of girls to have dealt with during the process of buying our home. Always there with advice and always happy to chat. Buying our house has been a nightmare (nothing to do with yourmove) and even though it wasn’t their fault they have supported us, engaged with us and kept in touch! The day we got the keys I think they were as happy as we were! Lovey girls at consett!!
Thank you for your kind review Emma, we hope you are enjoying your new home! We definitely were just as happy as you to pass those keys over. Best Wishes all the girls at Your Move Chris Stonock - Consett

GoogleWe’ve recently been dealing with Your Move Estate Agents at the Rowlands Gill branch. I would firstly like to say how fantastic they’ve been in putting us at ease, we have been dealing with them in buying our very first home and couldn’t have asked for a better team. They’ve been contactable at all times and have dealt with any query no matter how simple or difficult. A special mention to Abi, Claire, Bridie and Alex who have been super helpful in every way. Give them a raise! Thanks again guys. Matthew and McKenzie

GoogleMy Wife and I have recently sold our house with Your Move Rowlands Gill, and they have been great throughout the whole process! We met with Alex back in January for a house valuation, after getting valuations from 2 other estate agents. We were really impressed with Alex's professionalism - he came prepared, offered great advise and was very friendly. Since then we have been dealing with the team in the office, who have helped us through each step of the process. Abi, Claire and Bridie have been brilliant - they did a great job of promoting our property, making sure to keep the interest up and to get us regular viewings. It makes all the difference having friendly and approachable staff, who are always there to offer help or advise. Would highly recommend Your Move Rowlands gill! Thanks very much
Thank you so much for your kind review. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and we wish you all the very best for the future.

GoogleWould strongly reccomend against dealings with Your Move. Was running ten minutes(yes, ten) late for a viewing after an viewing just prior with the same staff member. Couldn't wait despite me already being on route. Won't be buying with, or selling with Your Move as a consequence not now, nor in the future.
Thank you for your feedback Sean, as previously explained we run our diaries with back to back appointments and I had already rearranged another clients viewing to accommodate your appointment 15 minutes later than it was booked. I'm sorry you had not realised your bookings were 2 miles apart and had not accommodated for travel time on foot or by using public transport. Due to covid restrictions we are unable to show more than one applicant around a property at a time and already had another showing arranged for the time you were due to arrive. Should you wish to re-book your appointment please contact the branch. Sarah Thomas Branch Manager
