Frost helped us sell our property and spent the time to explain everything to us at every stage. Their communication was impeccable and I knew I could pick the phone up or send an email at any time and they would get straight back to me. They went well beyond the call of duty, often liaising with our mortgage advisor and solicitor to ensure the process was running smoothly. I am so glad we went with Frost - I wouldn't consider going with anyone else now. Lydia in particular was superb - really friendly, helpful and hardworking. It felt like she really wanted to help us and wasn't just doing it because it was her job. We enjoyed working with Alex, too - he was very genuine and honest about the different houses we saw and was also very honest when explaining the pricing / value of our property. Thank you to everyone at Frost Partnership, Ashford!

Quality fast efficient personal service Mark and all his team were nothing short of fantastic we had long delays with our purchase through another agent who didn't seem to care where is Mark and his team constantly kept us up-to-date chased chased and chased ultimately getting the end result are home self and us in our new home. we also had issues with our buyer eventually we made a decision together to look for a new buyer Mark did this in record-breaking time We would highly recommend Forest in Burnham and this is the second time I have used them as originally purchased my home through them in 2012 .

Because they are one of the largest and most important estate agents in my area, they already had several potential buyers looking for homes when I listed mine, so closing on a sale was fairly quick and easy.. They helped to manage the buying process so it went very smoothly. Overall, working with The Frost Partnership was an efficient experience. Their staff are delightful and were very supportive in my sale and move.

FacebookPoor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.

All my calls and Emails were answered on the same day and they gave a very personal service. I would recommend them to anymore looking to sell their house in the Burnham/Taplow area, as they are not a poor telesales office, unlike most of the other estate agents who we sadly had to deal with. Was very impressed by the level of service received from the Frost partnership when selling our house. They made us feel like it was a very personal service and backed this up with excellent communication/availabilty at all times. They sourced a high number of viewings for our property and were able to get on with this whilst we were at work. We also had the experience of having to use other estate agents when buying our property and were shocked to see how poor they were in comparison to Frost. I honestly felt they were like a telesales office and lacked the personal touch which we got from frost. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Burnham/Taplow area.
