Me and my wife used Frost to sell our house this month and we couldn’t be more willing to leave a positive review. To begin with, we had several estate agents to value our home and Andy from Frost not only gave us a great and detailed valuation, but was also very genuine, kind and professional. Someone who I felt I could trust with the sale of our home. From this point onwards Lily and Andy became our main points of contact and their service was second to none. We wanted the sale to be quick and so we happened to be making lots of phone calls and emails to them, with lots of requests and need for updates. Not a single phone call or email went unanswered and responses were quick and effective. Again, not only were they doing an amazing job at getting the sale done, but they were extremely kind to us throughout. I can’t thank Louis, Chloe and Andy for the support in selling my mum’s house in the circumstances it had to be sold. From the first interaction with Louis to the exchanging of the contract the customer service was outstanding. There was no pressure in signing up like you get with some estate agents (one of the reasons I went with Frost) as they came across as a professional and friendly company.
