Having used Frost to find our new rental property (after a good friend recommended them) I cannot commend them highly enough. Both Heather & Rona are utterly professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rona was particularly attentive and helped us find our perfect property in the village. Even during these extraordinary times the service was expertly delivered and the friendly communication made what could have been a stressful experience easier. I have rented other properties in the past but not dealt with such a professional organisation such as Frost or letting agent Wendy Taylor . From the moment I called to ask about viewing the property I was made to feel so welcome . Wendy worked around my availability and was very open and honest when I viewed the 3 apartments I was interested in . I have found in the past that letting agents don’t really value your opinion or care about your needs - they just seem to want to rent out the property regardless ! This was not the case with Wendy . She answered the questions about my concerns right away and what she needed to find out that she couldn’t answer at the time was dealt with very quickly and answered the next day . This is definitely the kind of service you would expect from such a professional organisation. I moved in around 2 weeks ago and with it being a new build had many questions and concerns - Wendy ensured to answer every e-mail within the hour and got fixed what needed doing promptly. As a customer / tenant I have been made to feel valued and not just a transaction . I feel comfortable to ask questions and really feel cared for by the Frost partnership and this is solely down to Wendy Taylor . Many thanks Wendy ... much appreciated .

My wife and I have been letting property since 2013 and have always used The Frost Partnership. We have tried other agents but have not been impressed. Some are unprofessional and overbearing but Frost have always come up with the goods. We have just re-let our property through them and once again and have been pleased with their service. I would particularly like to compliment their letting negotiator Amy Meades on her excellent work in getting the property let so quickly in a difficult market and for her friendly, helpful attitude. I highly recommend this agent.

I can't praise them enough, last minute problems day before tenant moved in were sorted out immediately by Jo Ball as were all the other requirements needed before letting the property. I can definitely relax knowing my property is in safe hands.

The Lettings Agency at the Frost Partnership are amazing and I know I can rely on them 100%. Wendy Taylor who manages this side of the business is professional, on-the-ball and always has a solution to a problem. Wendy has a great team who ensure all paperwork, legalities and payments are always up-to-date. Frost have a great network of experienced, trained professional tradespeople who can attend to emergencies and turn any necessary work around very quickly and efficiently.

This is my second letting agent. Having had the other for 8 years I decided to give Frost a try. My first impression was how efficient and professional they are. They priced my house realistically for today's market. Within one day my house was snapped up and two weeks later the tenants were moved in. Amazing! Both Josh and Leah have kept in contact with me...and I live in the USA so it's not easy. I have been kept informed every step of the way. Thank you so much. I have recently used FROST for letting out my flat and i found them extremely good and helpful with the whole process. I mainly dealt with Chris Cotton with some support from Jake and i found them diligent, honest and a real pleasure to deal with. They understood my requirements and managed to rent out my flat quickly and transition to new tenants very smooth..

Wendy is very experienced and knowledgeable, experienced and most of all honest. When arranging a letting other agents would promise the earth but then none of it would actually be reflected in the service. Wendy tells you straight, what can and can't be done, what is permissible within the rules and what isn't. Personally I prefer this approach because no point feeling disappointed afterwards. The other good thing is she gets to know each of her customers personally and what is important to them.
