Our property was a two bed roomed bungalow which had been converted with two bedroom & bathrooms upstairs. We were with another agent for over a year but a sale did not materialise and Frosts came back to us. Jacqui and her team impressed us with their enthusiasm and natural charm but despite their heroic efforts it took two years to sell. As so often happens, when a property has become stale, buyers smell blood and sales staff look for easyoptions.However,we never doubted the stoicism of Jacqui and her team. Our buyer's solicitor was a wild card, so described by our buyer but Jacqui showed resolve in her dealings with him. Having moved house ten times, this sale was the most trying for us by some distance, but our relationship with Frosts remained positive throughout and why I am happy to write this review.

Alex, Jamie and Jeremy at the Frost Partnership Ashford were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house, which took many more months than expected. The initial valuation was carried out by Alex, who has an excellent knowledge of the area, and the subsequent marketing material was of a high standard. After securing a buyer the next few months were fraught with problems which Jamie, Jeremy and the team made far more bearable by keeping me up to date without me having to chase them. The final month of trying to complete the sale was extremely stressful but I felt at all times that the team were trying their absolute best to get me to completion. I'd like to thank them all very much for the wonderful service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently used Frost for the sale of my flat in Windsor. From the outset they were polite, friendly, efficient, fair and really listened to what I wanted as a customer. I believe they provided the most "honest" valuation for the property, backed up with evidence of completed sales in the area i.e. they didn't just pluck an unachievable, inflated figure which would have left my property on the market for a considerable period. Saying this, they did all they could to increase the sale price and generate as much interest as possible. After I had accepted an offer they worked tirelessly to ensure it was completed, at all times remaining extremely professional and upbeat. I would highly recommend.

Mark Jones and his team provided an outstanding service, they made the process easy, guiding us all the way and gave confidence not only to myself but to my elderly parents. The team at Burnham were always helpful, polite and have a such a lovely manner about them all. During this time I have been dealing with Mark and his team. A special professional relationship has built and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone thinking about not only selling their property, also if they are looking to purchase a new home. I had been a landlord of a property in The Oaks, Staines for 10 years. When it came time to sell I engaged the Agent who was managing the letting process for me.. Their service was unfortunately appalling and grossly unprofessional so I transferred the sale to Frosts. The difference in the Agents was amazing. Frosts were professional, kept me fully informed of the interest in the property, gave me feedback on each viewing and kept the sale moving along at a great pace. They made it all seem so easy; even helping me clear out the flat when the sale closed. I only wish I had engaged Frosts sooner.

Good advice to make sure I maximised the sale price. They were spot on with the price I would be able to get. for my particular property. Viewing staff were all approachable and professional... and I know they were always there early to check and prep the house as I would bump into them on my way out. Good at checking out the robustness of the buying chain. Its a nice, friendly office, but what's important is they have a high street drop in office which is important for this area, and a hugely professional infrastructure to sell your house.
