We were immediately impressed with the service we received from Frost in Chesham as soon as we walked in the door. Jacqui and Gemma both have excellent interpersonal skills and very quickly understood our circumstances. Their local knowledge was extensive, being able to talk knowledgeably about schools and services etc in the area. They also had a number of people they could approach by phone before even placing the house on the market and indeed the first call produced a result at the asking price. They kept us well informed throughout the process, especially during sensitive negations with our buyer's buyer. We also had some contact with Alex in the office who was also very personable. An unhesitant recommendation.

My wife and our sold our house in Burnham through Frosts in December 2017. We had lived in the immediate area for a few years and decided on Frosts due to their excellent reputation locally and we were not disappointed. Having had a bad experience some years earlier on moving into this area, we knew exactly what we wanted from an Estate Agency and were very specific with Mark and Andy at Frosts. They 'got it' immediately and went on to provide a really first class service to us over the 9 months or so it actually took to sell and move. Andy in particular went the extra mile, ensuring that we were regularly updated and that we had sufficient information about viewers in advance of visits. We had several acceptable offers during the period, before finding a very nice family who were fully committed and proceedable. Andy then ensured through his sheer dogged determination that he kept all parties focussed on completion, shepherding the solicitors and other agents to keep progress brisk, anticipating obstacles and providing advice on how to deal with them. Without his professionalism and attention to detail I am convinced we would still be waiting to complete. If you are looking to either sell or buy in the Burnham area, you'd be well advised to consider Frosts. They are a plain-speaking, no-nonsense business with a great work ethic, coupled with a healthy sense of humour that really took the pain out of the process for us. I would highly recommend them.

The sale was a rather drawn out affair due to difficulties at the bottom of the chain.However,the staff at Langley were always positive and helpful,especially Alison Perchard who kept us informed all the way to completion. Jamie looked after the marketing and sale of my late mother's bungalow in Ashford.. He did an excellent job. The sale should have been straightforward but took a lot longer than expected due to shortcomings from the buyer's solicitor. We would have been still waiting for completion if it hadn't been for Jamie been on the case on a daily basis and keeping us updated on progress. Would thoroughly recommend this agency and in particular, Jamie. Thanks again!

It was a long journey selling our house, but the people at Frost's in Windsor made it as pleasant as they could, Unfailingly punctual for viewing appointments, friendly and efficient in dealing with all enquiries and cries for help, they never gave us a moment to doubt that they were the best choice. Estate agents get a bad press (and our experiences in trying to view and buy houses show that there are all sorts ... ) but Frost's in Windsor acted with patience and charm throughout, and we are very glad we chose them and rejected the larger and slicker agencies. The Staines Frost Partnership Branch Manager - Jamie King and Sales Manager - Daragh MacSweeney did an outstanding job with the sale of our property. They provided excellent market advice and made the sale process very painless. This was a difficult situation as we could only be in the UK when the property was first put on the market and then again when contracts were exchanged. We received good, clear communications throughout the process that kept us up to date on how the sale was progressing and weekly property inspections were made that gave us piece of mind that the property was okay. Quality fast efficient personal service Mark and all his team were nothing short of fantastic we had long delays with our purchase through another agent who didn't seem to care where is Mark and his team constantly kept us up-to-date chased chased and chased ultimately getting the end result are home self and us in our new home. we also had issues with our buyer eventually we made a decision together to look for a new buyer Mark did this in record-breaking time We would highly recommend Forest in Burnham and this is the second time I have used them as originally purchased my home through them in 2012 .

Because they are one of the largest and most important estate agents in my area, they already had several potential buyers looking for homes when I listed mine, so closing on a sale was fairly quick and easy.. They helped to manage the buying process so it went very smoothly. Overall, working with The Frost Partnership was an efficient experience. Their staff are delightful and were very supportive in my sale and move.
