Frost partnership Langley/slough are excellent estate agents

I would highly recommend Alison who was extremely helpful before and after the sale of the property I was buying .All the staff i have spoken to was very polite and helpful too . This was my second purchase and both times I have used frost partnership and I will not hesitate to use them again in the near future . I was very impressed both times because their property prices was genuine not over price like many other agents . I trust frost partnership 100% and highly recommend them to all the buyers/sellers etc .

Friendly & helpful

Frost Chesham - First Class Service

We viewed and bought a property through the Chesham branch this year! Alex and Jacqui were great at showing us round, dealing with negotiations and a special mention to Jacqui who worked tirelessly to get our contract exchange over the line in Maundy Thursday! It made for a more relaxed Easter break! The contact from the branch was timely and effective at all times. The after service of receiving printed postcards with a picture of the property to advise friends and family of the new address are a great touch! Would highly recommend! Excellent, professional service - highly recommended

As a buyer, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Frost Partnership in Staines. I was in communication with Jamie, Andy and the team during the house buying process, which was not the most straight forward - lasting nearly a year and encompassing offers on two properties! There were many complexities including a breakdown in the chain but these were handled very well by Frost. I was kept up to date with developments over phone, email and text. Frost were professional at all times and did a good job managing all the moving parts of the purchase. There are an increasing number of online estate agencies but having an ongoing point of contact you can meet and build trust with made such a big difference. I would highly recommend Jamie and his team at Frost Staines.

Fantastic agent - Andy Thomson

The agent I dealt with is Andy Thomson in Staines branch. I was buying and Andy was just amazing. I appreciate ultimately his interest was completing the sale for the vendors but Andy did everything he could to help me with all the issues I experienced with the sale of my own property. He chased my rubbish conveyancer when I was on nightshifts and advised me on so many things. He is down to earth and I felt he was very honest about everything. I can’t thank him enough for his support throughout the whole process. I really felt like he had not only the vendors but my own interest in mind which is unusual and refreshing as I met a lot of estate agents in my search to find a property and Andy is by far the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Amazing service

Andy Thomson provided best possible help for buying property. He always kept me informed about progress and provided helping hand whenever I required. Jamie is a legend

We recently bought a property through Frost partnership Ashford, even though we did not pay them, their service was outstanding, second to none, far better than any other local estate agency I have used before. Jamie was on the case, several times, every single day. During the all process, never a day went past without Jamie calling me for an update. Every time I had an issue, he replayed to my texts, phone calls within minutes. He even dealt with the case while he was at home off sick. Jamie went the exstra mile for us, dealing with the all parties involved in the chain, sollicitors, buyers and sellers, giving us advises and hopes when the leanthy times were lowering our morals. I can never thank him enough for all the hard work. I would recommend Frost partnership to family and friends. My only regret was not to use them for the selling of my property, " I didn't know they existed" I have, instead, used one of the cheap on line estate agent, as seen on TV, and where you pay up front, but when you pay peanuts.... without the help of Jamie we wouldn't get to the end.

Very friendly agents

Being a first time buyer, I was not aware or any part of the complicated process and Frost agents have been very patient with my regular calls asking tons of questions.
