I never write reviews but felt this one needed an exception.....I was helping my brother with the sale of his house. He and his wife had a nightmare with a previously instructed local agent and the transaction was still dragging on after 7 months. We eventually moved the instruction to Frost Partnership, who were brilliant! They had a full open day organised in 3 days from instruction, secured a buyer at the full asking price and the whole transaction end to end took 8 weeks. The whole team were amazing and their customer service was first class and special thanks to Lee (understanding the urgency of the instruction and mobilising buyers so rapidly) and Christine (in handling the sale after offer right through to completion, keeping everyone informed and pushing things along at speed). We met Victoria during summer of 2023; casual chat about thinkig to sell and move home. Victoria's knowledge and expereince of home sales was second to none. We got caught up with other stuff and put off selling for 1yr and then we decided to move home in Autumn of 2024. Avoid If You Expect Proactive Service

My experience with this estate agent (Slough and Langley) has been extremely disappointing. A critical issue affecting the sale of my property, the expiry of the EWS1 certificate, was known for months, yet it was never identified or raised proactively. Ironically, the previous sale had already collapsed for exactly the same reason, and my previous solicitor had warned me that any future buyer's lender would almost certainly request a valid EWS1. Despite this, the property was marketed again without addressing the issue. The result was that my property remained off the market for almost two months while the buyer incurred costs and everyone waited for a mortgage decision that, in hindsight, was highly unlikely to be successful. Only after weeks of chasing, repeated emails and escalating my concerns did I receive a meaningful response. What was most frustrating was the lack of urgency and communication. I repeatedly requested updates and answers to straightforward questions, yet responses were delayed for weeks. By the time the matter was finally acknowledged, I had effectively lost a month of valuable selling time. The overall handling of the transaction demonstrated poor communication, inadequate due diligence and a reactive rather than proactive approach. I expected my estate agent to identify foreseeable issues before they jeopardised a sale, particularly when the same issue had already caused a previous transaction to fail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience.

Darrell English at Frost’s was the Estate Agent I needed to deal with in order to buy my apartment; he was outstanding in the whole process! Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.

I moved into my flat in Langley in June 2020, managed by Frost Partnership. It was the first flat I viewed and I immediately knew it was what I wanted, fully furnished and nice, quiet neighbourhood. From the get go, Colin and his colleague Nick couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite lockdown measures only just beginning to ease, they handled everything swiftly and professionally from liaising with the landlady, sorting out references (completed within 48 hours) and finalising of the contract. Since I moved in, I’ve been mainly dealing with Rochelle at Frost over any maintenance issues. There have been a small number, nothing dramatic, just wear and tear of certain items. Rochelle has been equally friendly and professional, quick to speak with the landlady, and then arranging the work to be carried out as quickly as possible, despite various lockdown measures and other unexpected delays. I’m very happy with my flat, and it’s an additional comfort factor that if any problems do come up , Rochelle will deal with everything quickly, efficiently and with courtesy. If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies. Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her. Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it. Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it. Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract. Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go. I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it. To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.
