Terrific estate agents. We used Frosts to fully manage our rental property for 5 years. Their communications were excellent, timely and they seemed to genuinely care and help throughout. They arranged a full bathroom renovation for us, lining up all of the works with all of the different trades people, this was really impressive, all we had to do was approve quotes. Their attention to detail and friendly staff was fantastic throughout. We then sold our property with them too, again, communications were fast and accurate during a delicate stage of negotiation. I would absolutely recommend Frosts to anyone. A special thank you to Naomi, who has been our main point of contact for all these years.

We can't thank Laura and Alex from Frost enough for their incredible help during our recent purchase. Our situation was far from straightforward, with long delays on our end as we waited for our re-mortgage to be finalised before we could exchange. Throughout this incredibly stressful period, Laura and Alex were the definition of professional and compassionate. They were brilliant at keeping their client calm and updated, but more than that, they constantly reassured us and kept our spirits up. Their communication was fantastic and their supportive attitude made all the difference. We genuinely don't think we would have got through it without them. Truly exceptional service that went above and beyond.

We purchased our lovely house in Flackwell Heath with Frost. The service we received was of the highest quality , they always answered calls or gave you a call back a soon as possible . We mainly dealt with Naomi who was an absolute star and was always able to help , the estate agent we used to sell our property was a huge disappointment and Naomi was always there to help push them as well . We highly recommend this friendly and professional agency .

A big thank you to Naomi from Frosts. We wished we had chosen them to be our estate agents! She was brilliant at managing the chain to get it to completion, if it hadn’t of been for Naomi I think we would still be waiting in our old home!! We would highly recommend them.

I have just sold my flat in Bourne End Bucks through Naomi Forward at the Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath. Naomi was recommended to me through a local friend and boy did she deliver. She listed my flat and started marketing the property on 9th April 25' and she organised a viewing on the 10th. She then proceeded to negotiate with the potential buyer on my behalf and I accepted an offer a week or two later. The whole process went without complications or drama and we completed on the 2nd July. I can thoroughly recommend Naomi and the team at Frosts for their professionalism and tenacity. Buying snd selling properties is often never an easy journey but they made the whole process a stress free and streamlined experience - which is rare and commendable.

Frost helped me to buy my very first flat. Agents are very helpful through out the process. I want to make a special mention for Mr Ben Vaitkunas for his highly professional and kind approach towards clients. He made our experience extra special. Thank you Ben.

Laura was an exceptional manager that helped us with the house purchasing process. This was our first time buying property and she was impressively amazing at helping us with all sorts issues. We wouldn’t have done it without the help of her, there is nothing but gratefulness that we would like to mention. Even on her holiday, she was still prompt with her email replies. We couldn’t have asked for any better of a manager than Laura. Extremely happy now that we have our first set of house keys! We would 100% recommend Laura and the Frost Partnership! Thank you once again Laura with the help of everything and we couldn’t have done it without you! Best, Jack

I was very fortunate to have Frosts dealing with my sale and purchase. They were both complex, difficult matters but Alex kept me well-informed and was always very supportive and helped me to stay positive. Frosts aren’t like any other agents I’ve dealt with, and I’ve encountered a few! They are normal people doing their very best for you. It wasn’t all about their fee. Alex certainly earned his commission and went over and above what one would expect and was always accessible if I had queries or concerns. He helped to maintain a friendly, positive relationship between myself, my seller and my buyer. Also other members of the team were great too whenever I visited the office. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest, helpful and straightforward service.

I originally signed up with the Frost office in Flackwell Heath as a previous reviewer stated how they helped them when the move got difficult and thought that could be useful, known our luck, As it turned out it was a good job we did go with the guys. Naomi and Alex did a great job selling the Property and even gave us early morning calls (mainly Alex). Once the post sale chain got tough Naomi and Laura were always on hand to keep pushing and really earned their commission on this sale, in fact they should have had other estate agents commission as well. To summarise this is a highly recommended office with a great team with different skill bases to ensure your sale goes through. Great people as well. Go with these guys it is a no brainer and you will be pleased you did.

We used Frosts in Flackwell Heath to sell and buy our new home. Naomi was our main contact ( with a little help from others in the team!). I've never known someone to have so much determination, tenacity and resilience to see something through to the bitter end. Naomi left no stone unturned, kept us up to date with changes and developments and worked tirelessly to ensure our sale and purchase went through. Highly recommend Frosts and all the team there. Thank you team!

Couldn't have asked for a better service, extremely professional and very supportive, Alex was our main point of contact who was great from start to finish, this is the second time we have used Frosts and can honestly say were a pleasure to deal with, there were a few complications with selling but Alex was on hand to sort everything out the whole way through, nothing was too much trouble, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Frosts to anyone, and wish Alex and the Team all the best in the future.

Selling a property never seems straight forward. This one was no exception. There were lots of hurdles, including me living 200 miles away and complications with the buyer's finance arrangements, causing long delays. However, Alex put a massive amount of effort into the sale and kept the whole thing moving. He kept me updated and gave me good advice throughout the process. We have now finally completed. My thanks to the team at Frost, especially Alex.

We would highly recommend Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath as an extremely professional and outstanding estate agent. From our initial meeting with Laura, it was clear that her experience and industry knowledge were exceptional. She provided us with very constructive and helpful advice right from the start. The team who carried out the viewings were efficient, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. Ben, who managed the after‑sale progression, kept us fully up to date at every stage and was incredibly persistent in driving the exchange forward to ensure everything was completed as smoothly and quickly as possible. Overall, the service we received was excellent, and we are very grateful for the team’s hard work and dedication.

Alex Grace at Frost was so professional from start to finish. We viewed several properties and he was always extremely insightful and knowledgeable. Having vetted several agents for the sale of our property in Loudwater we were impressed by the professional and personalised nature of Alex Grace from Frost partnership. We immediately gelled with his values, expertise and approach - and he delivered on his word! Our property sold within 3 days of going live. He mediated all aspects of the sale effortlessly, including clear and concise communication throughout the sale process. Thank you Alex! Gee & Raj

I went to market in late November 2025 with a brief for a quick sale, at a good price at a challenging time of year, (Christmas/New Year approaching) and in a price sensitive market. Laura and the wider sales team absolutely delivered. An offer was accepted with 2 weeks of listing and completion occurred early February 2026. Thank you so much for all your hard work. An excellent result all round! Best regards, Darren

I couldn’t be happier with the service…

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nabid and his team. They kept me informed every step of the way, and chased the landlord when issues in my property needed to be addressed I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or manage a property.
