I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase. It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. The Frost Partnership managed the rental of my property for five years. Excellent service and prompt response to any issues raised by tenants. Praise to Naomi Forward in finding prospective tenants and negotiating rental contracts. She provided great support for a novice landlord. Darrell English at Frost’s was the Estate Agent I needed to deal with in order to buy my apartment; he was outstanding in the whole process! Darrell was extremely responsive to all my concerns and questions and cared a great deal about guiding me through this potentially stressful situation of buying a property- once again! I had not had good experiences with 2 previous attempts at buying apartments - but with Frost’s I felt things were going to work out at last ! Moving out is stressful enough....

Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

Frost was great in helping find us a new home and selling ours, we sold our house within a week after a lot of interest and due to unfortunate circumstances found a chain that collapsed and was ready to move thanks to Naomi. Was it easy no, but dealing Frost and Naomi made it a whole lot easier than it could have been keeping us and our buyers informed at all times.

The company is a absolute joke

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.

My Father aged 87 made the difficult decision to move out of his home of 30 years and into a retirement home. It was a difficult time for all the family and after consideration we chose Frosts Flackwell Heath primarily due to the understanding and empathy shown by Laura and Naomi during home visits we felt we would be in good hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they definitely go above and beyond to ensure both purchasers and vendors are happy with the sales process. Laura is the Office Manager and her communication skills, attention to detail and great service in always keeping us updated was excellent throughout the sale of the property. Laura is definitely an expert at what she does and leads a great team, she provides excellent advice, is responsive and efficient throughout every part of the sales process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone selling, buying or looking to rent a property.

If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies. Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her. Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it. Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it. Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract. Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go. I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it. To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.

Negative move out experience

Moving in was absolutely fine and I had no issues at all. Unfortunately, moving out was a completely different experience. They tried to deduct as much as they possibly could from my deposit, charging extremely high prices for things that were honestly ridiculous. They even attempted to take utility bills from my deposit before they had been emailed or sent to me, and before I was even aware of the amounts. I ended up winning the appeal, which says enough. I was recommending them at first, but the way the end of my tenancy was handled has completely changed my opinion. I understand contracts and fair charges where things are left behind, but instead of being honest with pricing, they go straight for the highest charges. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how they tried to get money out of me.
