Chris was very attentive and thorough throughout the whole process. Timeframes were clearly set and followed up to ensure the chain and overall process completed on time. Clear detailed communication across all parties within the chain, fed back thanks to Chris. Would highly recommend.

No response to emails - out of business?

I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

House purchase through Alex at Frost was excellent. He was chasing up for all parties and totally on the ball. In hindsight wish I had used him for my sale as so helpfull. Definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend The Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath. I recently sold my property with them and they did a fantastic job on what proved to be a tricky sale. From the first appointment Alex Grace impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism and we can't thank him enough for his hard work and tenacity in getting our sale over the line.

We tried to sell our house in High Wycombe with several agencies for nearly a year without any luck and almost lost hope. Finally decided to try one more estate agent, Frost Flackwell Heath and immediately had more confidence in their sale agent who did not have the usual estate agent talk with lots of promises. She sounded very experienced and professional. Our first impression was right as she found us a buyer within couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend this branch.PositiveProfessionalism

Wonderful service from Danielle…

Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use this agent to sell my property. We used Frost Flackwell Heath to purchase a property and honestly without Laura I don’t know what we would have done! We didn’t have the easiest of times and she was understanding, organised, calm and had everything in hand. Thanks so much

As landlord and seller, I have been greatly helped by the teams at Frost in Surrey! Katie and Charlotte and their team members have been phenomenal at making the letting and sales process as smooth as possible for me. They have been patient and friendly which makes the partnership with them a really enjoyable experience. For that, I would recommend them highly!

Great Estate Agent business, dominant in the village. Naomi handled the sale of our property and carried out a 1st class job. Our case had a complicated chain and Naomi not only led our interests, but helped with those lower in the chain to completion. Great tenacity, great service. 5 stars!

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is…

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!
