Fortunately for me Claire actually took time to research both the job profile and my background experience to make sure that what was required by my potential new employer and what I can offer were compatible. She then set about bringing all interested parties together to a successful outcome, which in this particular instance was not an easy thing to do. The eventual conclusion was the result that everyone wanted, where persistence, patience and determination prevailed. GoogleIt's with great pleasure that I recommend anyone to Macdonald & Company, I dealt with Sam Pearman who acted incredibly professionally from the moment I walked in to his office, understood my needs and requirements and set me up with interviews the next day, the following day he had negotiated an offer and I accepted a job. Very proactive and always in contact so you know exactly what's going on, have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

GoogleI would like to express a big Thank You to Zach Wine who found my CV on Reed on a Monday and by Wednesday of the same week had arranged 2 interviews for me. By the following Tuesday (following the Easter Weekend) I had a job offer from one of the interviews. Zach is very professional, has excellent communication skills making sure I was up to speed at all times and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone searching for a new position. Zach is a credit to Mcdonald & Company.

GoogleI registered with Macdonald & Company in February 2016 I dealt with William Betts who called me on a daily bases in roles that might be of interest to me. I cannot thank William enough as I have now been offered a postion that he said " It suited me" he was right. If every one acted like William and also the others I met at Macdonald & Company, the world would be a much better place. I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe had a very poor dealing experience with this company. We rented a flat from Frost in Jul/August 2012, my contact was Sally Hyland at the Amersham branch. Immediately Frost handed over a s21 notice seeking possession in 1 years time. Although I believe that this is legal, this is extremely bad practice. When I queried what this meant with Sally I was told that this was just standard procedure and not to worry about it. This document basically means that they don't need to give you ANY notice to leave the property, so if your landlord decides that he wants to offer his divorced mate your home to live in and give you next to no notice then they are completely within their rights to do so. Which is basically what happened to us. I think that they should be transparent in the way they do business so would warn you to avoid signing the s21 notice as I did unwittingly setting myself up for a huge amount of stress a few months down the line when we were asked to leave with less than 4 weeks notice not 6-8 weeks which would have been reasonable. Not easy to do when you are working full time! I would recommend that you look for another Estate Agency to do business with. Fees are also very expensive.

Thoroughly professional from beginning to end.. Worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a continuous stream of people through the door, and actually ending up with three / four offers, two of which were full price offers. Giving their experience and advice as to which offer to accept, as being the most promising, with a stable chain and security. An absolute pleasure working with such a decent, helpful trustworthy and knowledgeable group of people, right the way from the admin support to the manager. Everyone was up to speed on all aspects of our house sale, and finding out any questions we asked within a very short space of time. nothing was too much trouble. When we sold, they offered and gave, as much help as we required with finding our new home.. They went the preverbal 'extra mile', helping us sort out any problems with our house buy in Lincolnshire, when the agent in Lincolnshire was messing around and being a general idiot, almost losing us our lovely house. We cannot praise them high enough and can honestly recommend them, (Frosts and their staff),.to anyone that wants a professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and pleasant team of people to sell their house for them!

GoogleThe service, support, and advice I received when selling my house was excellent. The whole team worked very hard to ensure a successful outcome. The house achieved a fair market price and I greatly appreciate all the help I received, particularly from Rachel. This is the second time in recent years that I have used Robert Oulsnam at Bournville and, should I move in the future, I fully anticipate using them again. I highly recommend this branch of Robert Oulsnam.

GoogleThe whole team were fabulous from start to finish. Thoroughly professional in the way they handled everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Don't go with an internet company just because they are cheaper - you will need real people on the end of a phone who really care - and that's what you get in the Bournville office. GoogleWe were very happy how Robert Oulsnam Bournville dealt with us when buying our new house. After coming to a dead end in trying to finance the purchase Rachael arranged for us to talk to Oulsnam's independent financial advisor Jacqui and through her we were able to finance it. .After that any query we had was dealt with very quickly and we were always kept informed on how the purchase was going.So I would certainly recommend them and would like to mention Rachael and Jacqui in particular.
