We would like to take some time and thank Jeevan who helped and guided us all throughout our journey to rent our first home in the UK. He was very calm and answered all our questions and considering we are a first time customer in a new country. He also suggested us which areas to avoid. Moving out is stressful enough....

Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent.

I am delighted to share some feedback about my experience with Frost partnership and its agents. Govind Sarna has been very accomodating in terms of viewings and other letting formalities. I have seen letting agents not so keen in showing the property twice. But Govind was very accomodating by moving around the appointments to cater to our personal commitments on more than one occasion and as we had kids, he gave up his parking space at the property for us and he parked elsewhere and his gesture was more than professional. Many thanks to Govind and we hope our journey with Frost is as smooth as it started.

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property. One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. Now after 3 weeks and number of follow ups I am still waiting for Gas Safety Certificate. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it. Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.

I have rented through Frost in more than one occasion and in my 15 years of of renting in the UK, i would say Frost partnership ranks the best as their letting team and maintenance team are prompt in handling tenant's issues / queries and a special mention about Pooja Shah who is very professional and at the same time understands tenants' situation and needs and goes out of the way within her professional boundaries and tailors Frost's service bespoke to us which makes us feel that customer are put first in their work values which make you feel glad and special. ⚠️Pigeon droppings @Vanburgh Court⛔️ A few months ago, we moved into Vanburgh Court Flat and found that there were pigeons and their droppings on the house's balcony a few days after we moved in. We notified Frost Pooja Shah in this respect by phone, email, and in person. Despite multiple reports, nothing was done. We eventually made the decision to leave the residence. Then we made our move. They disregard tenant concerns always. I will never recommend Slough Frost Agency.

At the end of the rental period, we cleaned the house and left, the house was empty for a few weeks after we left, it may have gotten a little dusty in the meantime, the real estate agent told us that cleaning would be done, we accepted it but they charged us 340 pounds, even for the London area, a very high amount of money for cleaning service. I asked the cleaning company for the invoice for this service, they did not send it. We also left an extension cord, a clothes drying rack and a few items for the next tenant, and I was charged 150 pounds to remove them from the house, I do not find these actions fair at all.
