View AgentsGreat, reliable and very informative
During the sell and purchase of my properties James, Cheryl and Sophie helped me successfully purchase my new property although it was through another estate agent and quickly sell my property I was moving from. They were all very patient, very flexible, and super quick to respond to any of my questions and/or concerns. Although there were some delays which was no fault of any of those mentioned above I was made to feel at ease and was constantly kept informed throughout the process. I genuinely feel that James, Cheryl and Sophie at the Frost Partnership in Staines exceeded my expectations and went completely out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole move. Great team!!!

View AgentsExcellent , Fantastic, Spectacular!
I enlisted the help of the Frost Partnership, Ashford after a fairly disastrous experience with an online agent, I am so glad that I did! I dealt with Jamie King throughout the process of selling my flat and buying a house and I was absolutely delighted with the service I received. My flat was listed for sale for less than a week when I had 7 viewings and an offer at the asking price, not only that but Frost also found me the perfect house and were the agents for both sale and purchase.
During my buying and selling experience, nothing was too much trouble for Frost, they kept in regular contact, advised me at every step of the sale and helped with any issues that came up whilst also putting me at ease and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible.
I really cannot rate them highly enough, I mainly dealt with Jamie King, who I ended up re-naming 'Batman' because he was so efficient, however any time I spoke to anyone else in the office, they knew exactly where we were in terms of the sale and purchase and were always polite, helpful and friendly.
I couldn't be happier with the way Frost acted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody, they are superheroes!

FacebookI was disgusting to have been calling the estate agents for days on end & find out it was all a waste of time! There is currently 2 adults and our baby living in a 1 bed private rent property. 1 additional adult will be living with us as soon as we find a 3bed house. I spoke to many people who took my details and explained that if we failed the credit check that we would need a guarantor. We found a reliable guarantor whom owns their own property, has worked all their life & is still working now. On day 5, I was told that I needed to find a "more lenient" estate agent as there would be nothing they could do for us. The reasons were;
I am on maternity leave (yet I was in full tome employment and I will be going back to work!)
That the additional person isn't 'blood family', although he has been like a brother to my fiancé for 15years!
My guarantor doesn't earn £52,000 a year!! Even tho the rent was only £1300 p/m
And also, because my partner has debts from his teenage years which he has cleared one, and is currently paying back the rest of them!
Disgusted that we have been penalised by an estate agent like this and I will not be recommending you to anyone! I do not claim anything what so ever and we always pay rent and bills!! Yet a reference from our current landlady, to clarify that, wouldn't be sufficent.
Personally, this is a 'snobby' establishment & obviously we are too common for you!
Disgusted!!

GoogleAll have been very personable, efficient and have gone beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I shall be recommending the team to all friends & clients in the area. Sophie in particular has managed to close the deal, which became increasingly frustrating for all parties, with efficiency, was increasingly affable & a joy to deal with during a stressful time.

GoogleNothing good to say about these people - they behave like they're running some exclusive Beverley Hills film company, not a letting agency serving commuter-land. Rented a flat from Frost in Feb 2012, my contact was their Sally Hyland at Amersham branch. Throughout, she was not friendly, very formal, bordering on the point of rude. They certainly make you feel like the Dickensian tenant, who had little legal rights with the way they deal with things. Fortunately, tenant law has changed and I know my rights, but a lot of people who don't would surely feel intimidated dealing with these people - no sooner had I signed my lease than Frost handed over a s21 notice seeking possession in 1 years time.I didn't like Frost or Sally Hyland at all. She was often terse, bordering on rude, over the phone, she was overly formal, didn't answer routine emails, made several obvious mistakes on forms that slowed things down, and surprisingly, was exceptionally rude about the old tenant living in my flat. I would never expect to hear this about someone I don't know.If you rent through Frost, know that they hold themselves to a very high standard. You won't be left feeling like the flat/house you're renting is 'yours'. You'll also have a lot of trouble getting Frost to get repairs done. These people are expensive, unpleasant and unnecessary. They treated me in an appalling fashion until I asked my solicitor to write to them setting out my legal rights as a tenant. Since that time, they've gone back to where they belong... crawled back under their stone. If you can avoid it, use another agency in Amersham. These people are pure scum.
