GoogleChris Raper, Alex Trewin, Jan Foo and all the team at Fine & Country Berkhamsted epitomise what a really good estate agent should be (but rarely is!). We approached them with the need to buy 2 houses and sell 2 houses in a family downsize relocation which was a huge challenge after 26 years in the same property. In 2015/16 they sourced the perfect house for our mother and found buyers (one off-market) for both her home and ours. This was not an easy task, as both were period listed barns with land, with appeal for niche buyers only. Throughout the whole process, the level of communication between all parties was exceptional and we felt that they were as committed and motivated as us to making the move happen. Their professionalism, transparency and sheer hard work meant that we all achieved our goal of moving to Tring in time for Christmas. We would highly recommend Fine & Country Berkhamsted and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

We have seen quite a few estate estate agents but the people at Fine & Country stand apart in terms of professionalism and service standards. Chris and Manoj provided us with all the information needed for making a decision and accommodated our multiple requests for viewing the property on Sunday and bank holdiays. Being in a chain (we had to sell ours) is a stressful experience and at times frustrating. The team at Fine & Country were in touch with the lawyers and kept us updated.
