GoogleNot a good experience. They act like they are doing you a favour in showing you the property, are rude about upselling mortgage services, and couldn't even be bothered to spell our names correctly. They also don't especially like dealing with Londoners, it seems. Your mileage may vary as they have a fair bit of the market around Maidstone, but we had higher expectations.
I'm sorry to hear you were not entirely happy with the service received when viewing a property through our company.

Marketing materials and quality of photos/writing is miles ahead of competition (including big brands and local boutiques) - F&C were our third agency and they absolutely nailed a big sale in a tricky market where the other agents couldn’t. We couldn’t recommend Adrian and his team enough...

GooglePaul was actually the seller's agent. However, he always responded to us quickly and really helped moving the process along. Without him both solicitors (ours and the seller's) would probably have spent many more weeks on this purchase.

GoogleWe sold our house with Fine and Country and if we was to sell our house again there is no way we would put it on the market with them, the staff are very aggressive to the point that they try to bully you, if you don't do what they ask it ends up into a slanging match down the phone . Professional estate agents would know how to calm the situation down . i also told them some private information about my move and they total used it against me which ended up costing me an extra thousand pounds. Not cool or clever
