GoogleWe sold our house with Fine and Country and if we was to sell our house again there is no way we would put it on the market with them, the staff are very aggressive to the point that they try to bully you, if you don't do what they ask it ends up into a slanging match down the phone . Professional estate agents would know how to calm the situation down . i also told them some private information about my move and they total used it against me which ended up costing me an extra thousand pounds. Not cool or clever

Hi Naveen thanks for your comment. I think what your referring to is us not allowing you to take the keys to the property to show a second set of kitchen planners around and other contractors which usually happens when you become the actual owner of the property. Despite this, to date we have facilitated at least 5 accompanied visits and also explained that any of your contractors could collect keys if they sent us a copy of their professional indemnity policy which your contractors have refused to do.
