GoogleI would like to warn potential buyers when viewing “Open Day properties”, The manager and his team seem to already have a buyer in mind. It seems an exercise carried out to fool the seller. This is what actually gives the estate agency business a bad name, maybe common practice for the agents but the losers are the sellers/buyers. The term “grease someone’s palm” comes to mind. So pls consider these so called “Open Days”

As a business we pride ourselves on transparency. The suggestion of hosting an open day to simply sell to a pre-determined buyer is an illogical fallacy as the very nature of an open day allows for full market exposure and the sellers choice and buyers level playing field. Worryingly we have no record of ‘Tom Smith’ having viewed any property with Fine and Country Cheam, similarly we haven’t received any direct communication in relation to this experience or view from any party under any name.

GoogleA largish estate agency with decent inventory but in our experience as purchasers their various staff were inconsistent ranging from unprepared, passive and uninformed. We would not choose them if we had other options.

GoogleA big thank you goes to Stuart and Jen at Fine & Country. I had to sell my house and buy another on my own. This was a daunting experience but both Jen and Stuart did a fantastic job guiding me through both transactions. The personal service I received was amazing. GoogleThe owner Stuart was quite rude and condescending towards me. Quite arrogant and unprofessional. My house was not well described and the I found that the estate agents stopped looking for a buyer once they had just one offer. I feel the selling price was undervalued. Avoid. I'm terribly disappointed.

GoogleWe sold our house with this company in 2012, we opted for this Estate agents as it offered a Local friendly service. The staff went out of their way to do everything in their possible means to make the sale of our house as easy and stress free as possible. We have always opted for local businesses to keep the area thriving and Town and country did not let us down. We would recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleI bought my house through Town & Country way back in 2004. It was such a positive experience that, when i subsequently needed to rent it out, they were my first and only port of call to act as managing agents. They have always been extremely responsive and happy to go the extra 5 miles. I finally sold the house this year and Nikki, Grainne and Simon made the process as straightforward as it could be for an old house in a long chain. Very happy customer!

GoogleJon Handford is very knowledgeable and is an expert in marketing high end homes. He works extremely hard to get the best price and does what he says he will do. If you are selling an expensive home in Leamington, Warwick or the surrounding villages, do not do anything until you have spoken to Jon. Highly recommended.
