GoogleOur Lincolnshire house hunt with Fine & Country had a happy ending due entirely to Jan Von Draczek's dedication, skill and extensive knowledge of the region. We had looked at several houses with Jan, none of which were quite right for us, but Jan had picked up exactly what we were looking for. We had gone back overseas, where we are currently working, when Jan called to say he had a property for us to view which had not yet come on the market. Coming back to the UK at short notice presented problems, so we asked for some photos, and Jan immediately prepared a highly professional brochure for us. Armed with this, we flew back to the UK, and were taken to see the house and meet the owner by Jan. The house was exactly what we wanted. We made an offer right away. Jan helped enormously through the next phase, and I believe the sellers were as happy as we were with the results. We are now renovating our beautiful new home, and will be living there shortly. Jan, Ildi and the staff at Fine & Country cannot be recommended too highly!

GoogleJan, Ildi and the whole team at Fine and Country in Norfolk genuinely made our dreams come true. We found our perfect home at the end of last year, and thanks to the concerted efforts of the team, we are moving in tomorrow. Jan is such a problem solver and he and Ildi provide effective support without ever being pushy. Phillipa was always there when we needed her and highly efficient and friendly at all times. We cant recommend F&C highly enough. True professionals who successfully combine the determination needed to secure complicated house purchases with the personal touches that make the process as stress-free as possible.

Professional but discrete, available when necessary but behind the scene otherwise. We highly recommend Fine & Country. We would certainly only use them if we need to move again in the future.

GoogleIf you use Fine and Country in Berkhamsted to sell your house then I would definitely advise you to ask for Alex Trewin to act on your behalf. In a difficult market in which one sale fell through at the last minute she was utterly professional, efficient and straightforward and she worked very hard to eventually get us moved. Do not let yourself be persuaded to go with anyone else - Alex is the person you want if you like people to be straight with you. Alas, she does not run the place - yet.

GoogleNot only did Chris, Alex and team help us to find our new home (which in itself was an almost impossible task!) but their professional yet reassuring manner made the entire selling/buying/moving process painless and stress free. We can not recommend Fine & Country Berkhamsted highly enough. Selling and buying homes is a precarious and daunting time but we got lucky when we called Fine & Country, thank you so much.
