GoogleI approached Fine and Country when I wanted to place my property on the market because of its reputation for selling unusual and interesting properties. I was not disappointed. I was thrilled with the brochure they produced and I have been impressed by their knowledge and experience of the area and the market. Everyone I have met has been very approachable and could not have done more for me. I must include the office staff who deal with queries so well. I could not recommend this company more highly and especially Richard and Halina who have worked so hard for me.

Helpful, professional and personal- the experience means I would recommend ensum brown / fine and country to anyone selling their house. The recommendation of an open house event made viewings manageable. The professional photos on our property details made such a difference and Neil's sales approach helped us achieve a fantastic price for our property. This is, of course testimony to their professionalism and experience - but they go way beyond this; they’re friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I’ve given them 5 stars because we can’t give them 6. A (Fine and) Country mile ahead of the competition!

GoogleI recently bought a house through Fine & Country - it proved to be a difficult (if not hellish) process from start to finish and even post completion. However; Zoe Cox and the team at Fine & Country were absolutely outstanding throughout - on point with every last detail as things developed day by day, even minute by minute, hour by hour! Totally efficient and genuine approach sets Zoe and F&C aside from the usual 'estate agent' stuff that inherently has given the industry such a bad name. Thoroughly recommended and thx Zoe for such great and attentive service with my purchase! Will certainly be in touch when I sell or buy again!

GoogleTristan took the house on after a relatively lacklustre performance by another agent. The difference from the start was amazing. He was efficient and professional and showed real interest in the house and our situation, and didn't sugar coat any bad news. The video and brochure produced were excellent and the assistance we received getting the house ready was just right. Then, of course, the pandemic struck and the whole thing went quiet but Tristan kept plugging away and doing his best to keep the sale alive. He maintained a positive spirit despite some hard times we gave him and in the end it all went through well. The cost for F&C is a little higher than the other agents, but we both felt we were getting a better service and as a result and we had more confidence in them than any agent we have used in the past.
