GoogleI am very grateful and happy that the staff at Fine and Country are very helpful, professional and very approachable when dealing with their clients. Right from the first phone call I made regarding the property, I was given the assurance that they will assist me with the application, if I have any problems. Tiffanie was especially marvellous! She made my dream come true! I owe her a lot! Wendy was ever ready to answer the call! A wonderful manager she is! A great team to work with! I will not forget to show my appreciation to my neighbour, who waited for me whilst I was stuck in Welney due to flooding on the day I came to view the property, She waited until I arrived even though I came late for the viewing! Many thanks to her ! She introduced me to the Sportsman's Pub! I am now a regular!

GoogleHaving mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle. The sale was finalised a few weeks before covid which was extremely fortunate however this was down to Jan and Ildi and I will always be grateful for their commitment to making the sale happen for me. I would highly recommend Fine and County

GoogleAfter being on the market for 6 months with another agent, I contacted Fine and Country to see what they could do to help me sell my house. The manager Ross came out to see me and explained that rather than reduce my price (something my current agent kept telling me to do) they would be able to use their london offices and national marketing to find more potential buyers. They did a brilliant brochure which showed my house off perfectly with a great write up done by their lovely journalist Liz. Within a month I had 6 viewings and an offer from a buyer who had already sold themselves. The sale has now gone through and I am settled in my new home near my daughter and grandchildren. Something I never thought would happen and probably wouldnt if I had not changed to Fine & Country. Thank you to the team at Canterbury who helped this happen and were always a pleasure to deal with. Rupert was always friendly and professional when he contacted me with feedback. Overall I cannot recommend this agent enough. From the way they handled my marketing to doing the viewings was always professional.

There never seemed to be too much trouble to ease the progress for the sale. As a buyer from Fine & country I always knew that Andrea was working for the seller but constantly provided confidence that she was there to assist me as a buyer to get over the line.
