GoogleOur home buying experience with Debbie and Paula was unique in that we bought our home over 8 years ago from them and then sold our home through there service. The property brochure and sales technique and not to mention advice when things got tricky showed commitment. Our sale being facilitated during a pandemic was not easy but with perseverance and good old fashioned hard work we got there. Thank you all Kelle

GooglePaula and Debbie were fantastic at helping us through the whole process of selling our house! They dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner and were on hand with any queries we had. We can’t recommend Fine & country highly enough. A huge thank you to Doug whybrow our sales progressor, for moving our onward purchase forward at a fast,and proficient manner. He was on hand to chat our worries over with us, giving us his time in an unrushed manner, even in the evenings. Thanks to you all.

GooglePromised the earth and delivered very little. Had to accept over a third of a million less than original valuation. Poor service for sky high fixed fee based on an unrealistic valuation. Charged for every add on ie virtual tour ! Feel they deliberately overvalued to obtain the contract and misled me.

GoogleMarie Fritz is a spectacular agent. She took over our home after our previous EA only provided neglect, stress and not a single offer throughout. Our home was as beautiful as it was unusual and we accepted our second offer (cash buyer none the less!) 6 weeks in. Communication with her was more than she promised she would deliver. GoogleIan Bransdon at Fine and Country is honestly the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. We knew Ian from before, so when we heard he was working with Fine and Country we contacted him without a doubt. From beginning to end everything was followed through. We’ve been with estate agents before where nothing was followed up like it should be. With what was a very stressful process his attention to detail was next to none. I would strongly recommend Fine and country. Ian gave the best advice, looked at all the relevant important factors regarding selling our home. He stuck with us when everything seemed like it was falling apart. He remained positive and focused throughout and didn’t let us down in any way what do ever! Fine and country has a new unique way of selling your home that is sets apart from other agent’s. They focus not only on the house but on the area and what it has to offer. With their professional photography sets the home with the real feel of the property and it’s surroundings. Ian has had much experience with buying and selling throughout this area.
