I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work 👌

We found it incredibly difficult getting hold of the agent and ended up contacting the seller directly on 2 occasions after phone calls were not returned. An offer from us was also passed on to the seller when we hadn't officially put an offer forward at that point. That said, on the occasions we did get to speak to the agent, they were incredibly nice and apologetic. Unfortunately for us though, the lack of communication made our experience with this agent stressful and therfore would be very hesitant to deal with in the future.

We initially placed our property on the market with a competitor. Although we had a few viewings nothing much happened and we had to chase for information. The service we received from Paula and Debbie was a complete contrast. The ladies were interested and "on the case", keeping us informed and ensuring a steady stream of viewings. When a purchaser (a developer) withdrew on the cusp of exchanging contracts the ladies went to work. We were badly shaken by the experience with the developer.
