GoogleI went to Fine & Country at Kingswood having had a less than acceptable experience with a previous estate agent. How I wish I had used F&C from the start of the process. Each member of the office was actively interested in the sale of my property so were able to assist with any queries. From the day Ben visited to value my home I felt in control whilst being advised. Zoe’s photos of my home were superb. Communication was excellent and my buyers were secured just 10 days after the sale went live. Problems did arise shortly before exchange of contracts, through no fault of mine or F&C, and without Carron’s professionalism, advice, guidance and calming influence, I don’t believe I would now be approaching completion in a couple of weeks. Anyone looking to sell there home should go directly to F&C, you will not be disappointed with the service you receive. GoogleWhile looking for a house, we spoke to many estate agents but in end Sharon Porter helped us in getting what we were looking for. During the process, she has been very understanding and flexible with us. She was always available to show the house multiple times at short notice. She was open to share her experiences on the area and recommending the properties which she thinks will fit our needs. So if anyone is looking to buy or sell property, I recommend speak with her 😊

Paula and Debbie were highly professional, extremely responsive and made everything as stress free as possible. They were both knowledgeable and proactive, always passing on feedback but at the same giving us honest advice which ultimately led to the sale of our house. GoogleTerrible from start to finish. Disorganised, have no clue about marketing the best features of a property and manager never available. Late for viewing and poor use of media. We had to take our own additional photos and re write information as it was poor quality. GoogleBought a property through Fine & Country and it was the worst buying experience I have ever come across. The property we purchased, came back for sale as it had fell through 7 weeks down the chain, we were told by F&C they wanted a quick sale, which worked extremely well for us. 9 weeks into our purchase, somebody from F&C slipped up and told us that the vendors onward purchase was waiting for probate which hadn't yet been granted and the process only started since our offer. (No wonder they lost the sale the first time). We ended up in rented, very last minute, with all the upheaval and two lots of removal costs because people couldn't be honest. Obviously, we lost all faith in F&C as they clearly weren't honest from the start, not to mention this you would have to CONSTANTLY chase them, paperwork was sent to them, which they claimed hadn't been received, updates from the vendors weren't being passed on, and ultimately we were just being kept in the dark. Helen was very condescending when she spoke to myself, even on one occasion she called me rude! Not exactly how you speak to a customer! Considering I was getting rather frustrated, which would be made worse when I wasn't getting called back when specified. They even asked us to pay for a new boiler, even though we hadn't legally completed?! Just all round awful experience. When we collected the keys, we were handed the key, not even on a keyring, no paperwork, no gift. Nothing! No follow up, haven't heard a single word since completion. Would not recommend.

GoogleI'd just like to put in a word for Fiona Payne in the Ware office. Actually, we were purchasing from one of F and C's clients but we found Fiona extremely helpful and, in truth, the communications we received from her about progress in effecting the sale and purchase of properties in the chain we were in more informative than that we received from our own agents. She took a lot of trouble to keep us in the picture and helped build up trust between ourselves and the vendors.

GoogleThe team at Fine & Country have been amazing. In a testing climate they have helped us find tenants on two different occasions and sell two properties. Ben, Zoe, Carron and the team are there when you need them and will suggest creative ideas to solve problems and accelerate the sales/rental process. They never over-promise (as some do!) and realistically manage your expectations. And they’re a pleasure to deal with.

We are in constant contact with all of our vendors, applicants and their solicitors to help sales go through smoothly, so this is very puzzling to read. As we have had no complaints about our service directly, it is a sincere worry that this is a libellous review. GoogleFine & Country are marketing a house owned by our neighbour. The agent used a drone to take images of our house and garden without requesting permission. A direct request to view the images was ignored. The director of Fine & Country also refuses to return our calls. Highly unprofessional!

GoogleI couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Alex, Chris and all the team at Fine and Country. My house hunt was quite long, around 2 years and during that period Alex really took the time to understand the house we wanted and the reasons for our move. This meant she was well placed to advise me of houses that were worth viewing and also those that were not worth my time. She was patient through viewings that I wasn’t sure were suitable and is a very personable lady, a pleasure to deal with. When the right house came up Alex and the team acted swiftly to negotiate on our behalf and secure the sale. She also found a buyer quickly and we were able to complete the sale of our property in record time with minimal fuss. I found the whole team very responsive and communicative through the whole process and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough
