GoogleWe cannot recommend Marie from the Droitwich office highly enough! She was utterly professional throughout our entire sale and purchase process. Not only that, but her highly personable approach meant she was proactive and positive, liaising with both sets of solicitors as well as ourselves. She really went the extra mile in helping us through quite an eventful process (!) We found it particularly reassuring that she was always at the end of a call or able to respond to any messages within minutes. Krisztina is brilliant and personable. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to facilitate a number of visits for us, always accommodating and patient (alongside the sellers!) while we took the time to make the right decision and even with us having a new baby in the middle of the purchasing process. Lawrence was also key in getting the purchase over the line. He was communicative and helped all parties stay aligned, which made a real difference in securing our dream home. We’re genuinely grateful for the support and expertise shown by both Krisztina and Lawrence. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy - a very capable team.

GoogleWanted to view a house, very bad communication, had to chase up my first call. Then arrived at my appointment to view the house, no one was there. So I phoned the office, the lady told me the viewing had been cancelled and they had sent a text and email which we had not received! All I all a very poor show.
