GoogleI just want to share what a great dealing me and my partner have had with Kim at fine and country . We just recently missed out of a property due to an issue our end which we was gutted about . Kim’s been in constant contact ever since trying to find us a house and has already lined up another 2 properties all which we are viewing in the next week . GoogleHeather was simply outstanding and we might possibly not have completed had she not repeatedly chased the seller and our two largely useless conveyancers. She was patient from the first viewing (we were buying) and then she made sure everyone kept talking right through to the day of completion. She's honest, open, calm (I wasn't always), communicative, attentive and always gets back to you if not available. Thank you so much in helping us through this process, Heather.

GoogleIf we could give more than 5 stars we would. We bought through Fine and Country Ware and Richard Cartwright was amazing. He recommended we look at a property that we hadn't originally considered, and his judgement was perfect...the house was eveything we wanted and more. Not only did he help us with our purchase but he also advised us hugely with selling our property where our agents were sadly lacking. It wasn't the easiest of moves due to others in the chain, but at all times Richard was supportive, helpful, tenacious in moving things forward, kind and reassuring (and very very patient!). We are finally in our perfect property and whilst we have no intention of moving for a very very long time, if we had to, Richard would be the agent we would turn to. Thank you Richard for everything you have done 🙏🏻

Google5 attempts to organise a viewing, over 4 days with repeated promises to get back with confirmation. After I had to chase i eventually have the displeasure of talking to “Rupert”. One of the most arrogant and sleazy sounding estate agents I have ever spoken to. He made excuses in a tone of voice I would expect from an SS Officer. I will not use this estate agent ever again and recommend you do the same.
Hi Ross, thank you for your review and we are sorry that your experience was not a positive one. After investigating this further I wanted to add some missing information to your review which may help add some context. You contacted us on the 23rd January requesting a viewing and was greeted by our out of hours team who handle the over flow of calls when we are on the other line. Within 2 hours of your initial contact we emailed you asking you to contact the office as we needed to register your details and discuss the property before we could confirm a viewing. Unfortunately, you called after 5:30pm when the office had closed. On the 24th (the next day) we called you in the morning and managed to speak to you. You confirmed that you had to sell in order to buy and we explained that the property you wanted to view had an offer that was being negotiated so we would need to speak to the seller to confirm if they wanted a viewing from someone who had to sell. The seller came back to us the next day (25th January) to confirm that they were going to accept the offer they had an a viewing would not be possible as you would need to sell before you could buy so they did not want to waste yours or their time. We are sorry that we were unable to secure a viewing for you and that between waiting for responses from you and the seller it took 48 hours to come to a resolve but we have to act in the best interests of our sellers and also yourself and a viewing would not have been fair to you, the seller or the person whom was about to have an offer accepted on the property. GoogleF&C are a little more expensive than competitors however the extra cost is well worth it. They are the only estate agent I have ever used that are proactive and always contactable. Quite often after agreeing the contract estate agents are less than helpful but F&C were available daily to ensure the sale moved along effectively. The process from valuation to sale was efficient and clearly defined. The brochure was also much better quality than standard estate agents. I would highly recommend them if you want a good service and excellent communication.

So much so that even when the sale was dragging on, I felt reassured & supported by them. They were the glue that brought the whole process together. I’m not sure we would have reached completion without them.

Chris provided us with sound advice and judgement at the start of the process with Tania handling the prospective clients in a highly professional way. Sue, in the office, was an excellent guide to the management of the process and Julie Vassar worked closely with us keeping us informed all through the purchasing process which proved reassuring. The photography and sales material was of a really high standard which went over and above what we have seen before adding to the high standard and quality of the sales process. We would highly recommend the Fine and Country team in Diss if you are considering the sale of your home - they were exceptional from the start.

GoogleWe had a first class experience with Fine & Country. From the first visit of Christopher, to the viewings, mostly led by Tom, and the very tortuous process of progress chasing by Julie, everything was super professional. The photography was great and showed the house and grounds very well. However the reason for the unequivocal 5 Star rating, is that everyone we dealt with realised that we were not just selling a house, we were selling our home. This made all the difference to us. Some people may wonder if it is worth paying the slightly higher commission that Fine & Country charge. Based on our experience, we would say 100% yes. The kindness, professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAll the staff at Fine and Country have been helpful, professional and supportive through the long (and sometimes gruelling) process of selling our house. I would highly recommend selling a property with them. Tania in particular, as our agent, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Queries were always followed up, she helped us get answers from solicitors and move things forward on numerous occasions. We would highly recommend working with Fine and Coubtry and Tania especially.

GoogleFine & Country (Diss branch) have been amazing from start to finish with our house purchase. We viewed a number of properties through them, taking our individual needs and requirements into consideration at every stage until we found the property we wanted. Tania was our initial contact who was fantastic throughout the beginning of the purchase process. Always happy to help and mediate between us and the vendor. Once the purchase was agreed we had the amazing help of Julie to get the sale over the line. It was quite a long and difficult process but Julie was outstanding and kept things on track when they could easily have gone wrong. Overall, a very professional and reliable estate agents who I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase in the area. Not all estate agents operate at this level! Just brilliant. Many thanks... a glass of wine will be available to both Tania and Julie should they wish to pop round once we've moved in.

GoogleWe just wanted to let you know how fabulous one of your agents is, Jonathan Lloyd-Ham. The sale of our property, Apple Tree Lodge in Maidford, Towcester completed last week which Jonathan managed. From the very first moment we spoke to Jonathan for getting a valuation, all the way through to completion day, his level of service and professionalism has not just been good but outstanding. It is rare to find someone these days with the clear level of passion and enthusiasm for their job that Jonathan has unwaveringly shown. There is a saying that it is not what someone says or does but how they make you feel that you remember - we feel like we had a friend who we trusted and who supported us throughout, with nothing being too much trouble. The key though to this was it was clear he was doing it out of genuine love for his job and compassion for his clients, rather than chasing a target. I am assuming in this industry sale targets are a primary focus, but often at the detriment of losing compassion. Johnathan has not lost this and should be the leading example for the estate agent culture. Our hope with this review is that you run some form of reward and recognition, and again not just base this on target achievement but value and recognise the approach and professionalism of your agents who go above and beyond, not just their outcomes. GoogleAmazing service from all the team at the at the Kingswood branch. Nikki, Zoe and Kate were exceptional and so professional throughout the whole process. They went to great lengths when they didn’t have to just to be helpful in issues relating to onward chain. Would absolutely recommend them 💯 The only issue we had was our sellers weren’t so professional or reasonable and left all their rubbish behind in the house and left it filthy and they still haven’t re-directed their mail!! But that’s not the Estate Agents fault they did an amazing job. 😊

I have developed a very good working relationship with them and they have always been professional, responsive and efficient in all aspects of the property management process. Tenants are thoroughly vetted and we have never had any major issues regarding rental payments or property care due to tenants.
