GoogleHaving recently dealt with Heather on our house purchase, I have to say how well she handled the process. We found her to be an excellent communicator, empathic to our circumstances whilst always pushing to keep things moving forward. Overall, Heather made the experience as stress free as she possibly could and we would most certainly engage with her on any future house moves.

GoogleWe didn’t sell through F&C - although we wish we had. We brought from them. The team, especially Alex, were amazing. They managed the bumpy chain incredibly well, proactively kept us up to date and were just nice, normal people. Thank u F&C Berko.

GoogleSold our house in January 25 having had three potential Buyers view in first week. Sam from Fine and country Bovey Tracey was excellent. There with reassurance when needed, has a wealth of knowledge having been in business for over 20 years. Although fees for selling are always a big sum, Sam saved us more than cost as advised where to peg acceptance on offers given. Her colleagues in Bovey office, Zoe and Olivia complete the team and happy to have a catch up over a cuppa. Unfortunately we went with an internet based Solicitor and at times contact a real issue. Sam would step in and address any pressing issues with them. Overall an excellent service from listing house, to completion. Can’t recommend Sam and Fine and Country enough. Professional, empathetic when needed and encouraging g throughout. Her communications were always great and always got back to us when needed or requested.

GoogleWe recently moved into the Northampton area. Fine and Country were the agents for our vendor, however we found Jonathan to be very instrumental to the chain throughout the stressful process of moving. He kept in frequent contact, provided regular updates and was pro-active in steering us through the inevitable roadblocks encountered along the way to reach the finish line. I would definitely recommend Fine and Country as an efficient and effective estate agent and choose them if we ever decide to move again in the future.

GoogleCraig was the third agent to deal with the sale of our home. He was so positive about the property and I instantly trusted him to sell it for us. The other agents had put, what seemed to be, little effort in marketing the property and didn't seem at all invested in it. Craig was the very opposite and guided us through what turned out to be a pretty quick sale in the end. Thanks Craig, I highly recommend you to anyone.
