GooglePoor communication with landlords. Don't answer questions. Seem more interested in letting the property out to anyone at any price rather than what is best for the landlord. As a landlord, I expect you to look after me, after all that is what you take your fees for. GoogleRecently I was looking for a new rental property for my dad and after being unsuccessful with a few other agents, we used Beresford Adams in Prestatyn. After finding a suitable property and being put forward for it - the process was really easy and just over a month later, my dad has settled in to his new house. We've been blown away by the service from the Prestatyn branch, with a special thanks going to Hannah and Kaya, where nothing was ever too much trouble. They're both a credit to the business. GoogleGave them the spare key and security fob for the property I am renting so they could carry out an inspection while I was at work, perfectly happy with service at this point. But a few months later a gas safety check was due so advised again that could be done using the spare key as I couldn’t take the time off work but got a call back to say they had lost the keys! Mistakes happen and had the lost keys and fob been replaced and given back to me then I wouldn’t be here complaining... instead we are almost 3 years down the line and after multiple attempts to contact them and resolve it I am left with only 1 security fob that would leave me stranded outside the block should it fail... have I also mentioned the intercom doesn’t work? Attempts to contact them and resolve the issue include: Reporting it in writing via email and following up with a telephone conversation Further telephone conversations Reporting it via the website for maintenance issues Forwarding emails reporting it directly to the lettings manager of the chester office and being told he would investigate... That was 7 months ago and still nothing I cannot recommend the Lettings office because of this unfortunately.

When a problem cropped up with the buyers solicitor they were quick to step in and resolve the issue and offer an alternative if necessary. Nathan and Alice provided regular updates and gave access to a live tracker that was really helpful.
