From the very beginning, Emily has been more than helpful in making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everything has run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish, and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
Whenever we’ve had a question, if the answer wasn’t immediately available, Emily and the team were quick to find out the information for us. Emily was also more than happy to arrange a second viewing so we could measure up, which we really appreciated.
All the paperwork has been straightforward, easy to follow and simple to sign, making everything that little bit easier during what can sometimes be a stressful process.
The communication, helpfulness and professionalism have been excellent throughout, and we’re really grateful for all the support we’ve received.

GoogleLandlords avoid this company. They are shambolic, a lack of transparent process and the left hand unable or unwilling to tell the right hand what’s happening. The type of company in our experience that give private landlords a bad name and make our job tougher than it already is in the current climate. Most certainly do not consider the deposit scheme with them.

Awful customer service. Avoid go somewhere else instead.
