This was our third time using Beresford Adams in Caernarfon and I couldn’t be happier. Rhian was on top of our sale at all times and she was always easy to reach, whenever we needed advice or reassurance. The buyer for our house was found quickly and we had plenty of viewings early on. Every agent who came to our house was kind, respectful of our home and professional in every way. The whole team was fantastic and knowledgeable! The whole sale and buying process went quickly and with no hiccups! We couldn’t be happier. We also used the solicitors from Beresford Adam’s group, they are reasonably priced and very efficient, and to be honest the no sale no fee gave us peace of mind after our previous unsuccessful sale that left us paying thousands to an independent solicitor who failed us… Overall, fantastic service, recommend!

Been renting with Beresford Adams and returned the keys over a month ago. Inspection was completed and agreed deposit could be returned in full. We since have seen nothing but being passed around and we will get back to you. I have also asked multiple times for confirmation of which deposit scheme our money is protected with and it does not appear they have any answers to this, which I am now assuming is because they no longer have my deposit! Whilst we were in the house a problem arose with the bedroom window. It was so rotten it fell into the back garden. So, they nailed it shut and did not return to fix the whole time we were there. If there was a fire we wouldnt have been able to escape! We did not complain and tried to be ideal tenants and this is how they treat you. Would not recomend.

Communication was great at every stage of the selling process and we had good communication throughout with staff being easy to contact and always ready to help. I've had a similar experience to another reviewer. We are buying a retirement home and want to view a property that Beresford Adams Caernarfon have advertised. We live several hours away and are staying at a hotel for a couple of days viewings at the end of the week. I've left multiple phone messages for the Caernarfon branch because they never answer the phone and they still haven't called me back to make arrangements.

We planned a trip to the North Wales region to view several properties, including two with you guys. Plenty of notice given, times/date agreed over the telephone with you pending confirmation. Several days later, no calls, no confirmation, apart from a voicemail from Rhian saying that you will confirm that day....Nothing. It goes without saying that we didn't get to see your two properties during our trip as nobody came back to us. A week on and nobody has bothered to call me to discuss. I would not be happy if you were selling my house and ignoring interested buyers. Especially when we are talking about an expensive property!! Not impressed at all.

The landlords find tenants privately and rent through the agency, so unless you have connections in the agency there is no point of applying. The communication is absolutely non existent, every property I’ve applied to, I’ve been put on a ‘list’ to view the property 2 weeks later I’ve given them a call just to hear that the property has been let to other people, even though I was not informed that I wasn’t the only one on the list. I was actually told I was the first person on the list. When I confronted the lady on the phone about their communication she was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even apologise but gave me attitude about me not being the only one on the list. Never again!!!

Terrible service - avoid at all costs.

Shocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money! Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work! If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.
