I can't fault Chris. From the outset Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from a flexible to a more secure fixed-rate mortgage. The new mortgage will save money and provide much needed peace of mind during the present economic climate. Chris was very sympathetic towards my current situation and was able to secure a new mortgage that met my needs perfectly. There is no doubt that I will consult Chris again when my mortgage needs reviewing.

I had an excellent experience with beresford adams and jamie was a super star. I needed to move house in a short notice and arranged a viewing with jamie on a wednesday and i had the flat keys by monday -a very fast and swift process. Jamie explained everything, was very responsive and pro-active with the paperwork and communicated and available by phone and email which is what you want when you are going through the stress of moving house. I must say that my recent experience of selling a property through Beresford Adams Colwyn Bay was excellent. Zoe suggested a selling strategy that worked brilliantly based on heavily marketing the property and arranging all viewings in a short period to generate as much interest as possible and create a competitive environment which resulted in some great offers above the asking price. Carys (McElroy) and Katherine were also great in doing the viewings for me and handling all other matters. In particular they and Zoe were great in chasing the potential purchasers and their lawyers and keeping me informed. The arrangement that they have with the solicitors MacKenzie Jones also worked really well and Hannah Oakes there was particularly speedy and efficient. All in all a great and very professional service which delivered on the service and strategy put to me by Zoe at the outset. I would thoroughly recommend them.
