GoogleBeresford Adams have been great in the sale of my property. Carys was on hand to answer any of my questions and was always back and forth between myself and the buyer to keep the sale moving forward. Would highly recommend and definitely use again if needed.

The landlords find tenants privately and rent through the agency, so unless you have connections in the agency there is no point of applying. The communication is absolutely non existent, every property I’ve applied to, I’ve been put on a ‘list’ to view the property 2 weeks later I’ve given them a call just to hear that the property has been let to other people, even though I was not informed that I wasn’t the only one on the list. I was actually told I was the first person on the list. When I confronted the lady on the phone about their communication she was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even apologise but gave me attitude about me not being the only one on the list. Never again!!!

GoogleI have recently used Beresford Adams to let my rental property. I dealt with Jamie who’s service was faultless, he ran through the marketing and subsequently found me a tenant. He moved them in efficiently and I am very pleased with the service he provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie to help anyone who is looking to rent their property. Particularly, with my experience of other agents in the area.

Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!
